Review of Ultradries
I haven't received my Ultradries as yet, but was really impressed by the way Laura reacted to my email.
I wrote to say that I noticed that the wrong size was being sent, and immediately Laura wrote to say that she had ordered a replacement, and the correct size would be sent to me and I was to give away the small ones which were already on their way. This is what I would consider excellent Customer Service.

The courier picked up my package from Cheltenham shortly after the request, and delivered it to London next day, keeping me well informed and up dated as to arrival time. The courier arrived when he said he would, and placed the package inside the door. I am very satisfied with the delivery.
