BLC mediocre, Madison was exceptional
Like most people based companies the service you get depends on the people that help you.
Blue light needs to seriously think about the renewal process for cards that are expiring, that should happen automatically. For this element I give blue light two out of five and that's generous.
To speed things up my paid the fee and expected to card to arrive and it didn't for that I give blue light one.
However when I've replied to blue light telling them my car did not arrived I had exceptional service from Madison and for that I've given it a five. Overall it's a three and a half rounded up to four the company clearly need to up the game in some areas but they also need to mention that they're staff are recognized.
