Super efficient

We've recently used Taylor Chartered Surveyors and would 100% recommend them.
This company is based in London but they cover a very wide area, I am in Buckinghamshire.
From the initial phone call until the report received it was a smooth sailing!
Sasha got us an appointment within a few days, Elliott who came to inspect the property was very pleasant & friendly and produced a report within less than 24hrs.
Taylor Chartered Surveyors are absolutely brilliant!

Missleading website, rude customer service

First time ordering and certainly my last. Website does not explain different sizing, which picture reffers to which lash type. I've ordered wispy volume, picture online shows 8,10,12,14mm and I've received 12,14,14,16mm. Completely different sizing, no sizes within the description! Very missleading website, under 1 product 10 different photos with all different sizes and you will never know what you are going to get.

Contacted customer service and got a rude answer to say that sizing is within the description and can send it back at my cost.
Emailed them back a screenshot showing there are NO SIZES listed under the wispey lash set and asked for a freepost label to return the product unused of course due to false advertisement, email got ignored. After sale customer care is non existent.
£22 wasted!

AVOID THESE SCAMERS!!!

I booked a holiday to travel in September. Free hotel amnendments... ok, wanted to change the hotel and ugrade. 13 days later, 2 pointless live chats and NO ANSWER!!!
I have an awful experience with them when Covid started and had to get my bank involved to get my £4K back... but purely based on the price, decided to book with them again as their reviews were getting better... What a mistake!!!!
There is no phone line, no email and you can only submit your request viac booking which never gets answered!
Total scamers and I will not be paying my remaining balance and request for a full refund through my bank!
Save yourself money by paying more to a proper travel agent.

Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely shocking! I am being left with no internet due to an issue on their side and no one can come and fix it for almost 9 long days!!
I had to be the one chasing OFNL and liaise with Vfast and OFNL to send someone over to fix it.
Now I am expected to take a day off to let someone in to fix it. No apology offered, no compensation offered as apparently they have no liability for anything and Vfast are still happy to charge me in full for the month. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Dangerous products for children

Please do yourself a favour and dont buy anything from this company!
I purchased Ezeego stroller, which didnt unfold properly and didnt “click” when unfolded therefore when I moved it, it folded back down with my son sitting in it!
Contacted the company who confirmed that the product was faulty and offered me a new frame which I refused. I wanted to return it for a full refund as it is within my rights.
And the issue began…. They simply didnt want to do a refund, just an exchange.
After 42 emails back and forth, opening a dispute with paypal and reporting them to TRADING STANDARS, they agreed to do a refund. BUT I had to post it back on my expense… which of course, I refused!
Paypal got involved and they agreed to issue a refund up to £8 for the postage. I sent it and they never issued a refund for the postage.
So overall I was in lost.
I’m so surprised they are still allowed to trade on the UK market!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

If I could 0 stars I would

If I could 0 stars I would. Yesterday received my orderd Infababy Ezeego stroller which is faulty. The stroller would not unfold properly and would not lock when in upright position therefore its dangerous and unsafe. It folds back down when trying to push it.
Obviously if my 2year old son was sitting in it and I tried to push the stroller, it would fold down with him sitting in it and he would get hurt!

Contacted Infababy and after 25emails was told to send it back at my cost and they will send me a replacement as they agreed that is is faulty.
A- I am not paying the postage back!
B- I am requesting full refund which is within my consumer rights!
Shocking customer service
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

**UPDATE** AFTER CONTACTING INFABABY AS PER THEIR REQUEST BELOW - “We have been in contact with our management in relation to this issue, who have advised that we are not in the position to organise this return for you. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue, we hope you can understand that our hands are tied in this case.” - THEIR REPLY AND REFUSAL TO BOOK A COLLECTION FOR THIS DANGEROUS / UNSAFE PRODUCT WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF MY CUNSUMER STATUTORY RIGHTS!

Rude and unhelpful Shaun

Received a letter today to let me know there was a Zoom meeting scheduled for YESTERDAY... This was a meeting to introduce themselves... No introduction took place but invoice was sent pretty quick! When I rang and spoke to Shaun who was absolutely rude and arogant, couldnt answer any of my questions and just said that they will send me some info in the post. When I asked to speak to someone who can actually help, Shaun sarcastically said that no one within the company is available.
Will be taking this ridiculous charges on the invoice further and my solicitor will be in touch RMG!

AVOID !!

I’ve been paying £40/month for internet speed I am not getting... rang them, spoke to Craig - customer service and Emma - accounts and they both said there is nothing they can or want to do. Absolutely useless!
I was advised to buy a new router at my cost and keep doing troubleshooting to see what speed I am getting. What a joke!
I’m paying for 100 but getting 20 if I’m lucky!!

Have to be on mobile data all the time at home as my internet keeps dropping but that’s apparently normal??

Avoid this internet privider! RUDE customer service make you feel like you are bothering them!

Absolute joke!!

I was supposed to travel to Antigua on the 5th May. Obviously I didn't go due to Corona. I was contacted by Love holidays to say that I have a few options how to resolve this cancelled holiday. I chose to go for a full refund (it was clear that the refund will be for hotel AND flight). Today I've received an email to say ring this number regarding refund.... so I did. Automated message said that I will be getting money for HOTEL ONLY and if the airline decide to offer me anything, they will pass that on to me. Is this a joke???? I paid 980 pounds for flights and no I am not getting anything back!!! If I try to log on to Virgin Atlantic my booking reference is not even recognised and they told me to contact Love holidays as they booked it for me! Love holidays told me to contact Virgin as they have nothing to do with it..... I can't even contact love holidays anymore as their phone line is off and live chat does not exist!! I lost 1000 pounds and that is apparently ok! Will be taking this to small claim court.

NEVER AGAIN - RUBISH COMPANY !!!

We travelled to Zanzibar in October 2015. From London to Nairobi, Nairobi - Zanzibar. When we landed in Zanzibar, 1 luggage was missing, we were told they PROBABLY left it in Nairobi. It was my boyfriends luggage, he had absolutely nothing to wear. And in 5 days we were getting married!
We had to go shopping first to buy him everything as he only had jeans, tshirt and trainers. All my medication and expensive suncreams were in his luggage lost somewhere in Africa.
We got his luggage after 2 full days which was a nightmare and my wedding was ruined as I was completely stresses out!
I contacted KENYA AIRWAYS providing all detials from the airport about our lost luggage + receipt from the shop (THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THAT, NO US!) and surprise surprise - NO ANSWER, NO RESPONSE!
NOT EVEN APOLOGY!
We will never use this company ever again and told everyone about this.
