Very friendly,polite courier

The quality of the dresses I ordered was appalling- thin, cheap material, badly sewn together, arrived weeks after I'd ordered. I've tried to get a refund but this company put so many obstacles in the way it makes it impossible. Don't be fooled by the London part of this company - it's based in China.

Placed an order - within hours realised that I should've read the reviews, cancelled the order which they confirmed, I asked for a refund - they told me that had been done on 9/01/2025 - no refund received and very sure that it never will.
