Great product, price and service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Purchased Callaway Apex Pro S Shoes.
Price was at the right end of the spectrum (backed by a price-match guarantee). Delivery, included free within the purchase price, was by a respected firm (DPD) and arrived at 10am on Tuesday, almost next day as the order was not placed until 00.15hrs. on the Monday.
Will certainly be in touch when next buying golf gear.

These people are quite unreal.

As so many have remarked, you are not able to write a review without giving a star rating, hence the one.
This company is a total disgrace when it comes to customer service. They have plagued me for almost the whole of 2019 as they repeatedly fail to deal with problems, many of which are borne out of earlier failings. Firstly it was failure of meter sub-contractors simply not showing up for appointments and more to the point, not informing me, then it developed into call centre problems (Liverpool), not getting the problem resolved and on numerous occasions simply cutting the phone off to get rid of me. Countless times through the year, I would be on the phone for well over an hour, over half of this waiting for the initial answer, much of the rest waiting while they "checked something". After three months of this, my case was "escalated" to another level, this time in Glasgow. These more senior people tended to be a little more polite but equally useless when it came resolving matters. Eventually, my faulty meter was exchanged in August and I then had the task of resolving my billing for all the months they had taken excessive amounts by D/D. Another couple of months passed as I endeavoured to get a cheque from them - agreeing the sum was a relative doddle, getting the cheque issued was another series of hour-long calls.
So are we resolved now, after 11 months, I am afraid not. Amidst this meter saga, my tariff expired and I was put on a standard rate. One of the star team in Glasgow was keen to move me to a rate which was described as their best available. I did a quick U switch check and found the rate I was being encouraged to sign up to was 31% more expensive than a U switch offer from, you might guess, Scottish Power.
Back to Scottish Power and the response that this is a third party rate which they cannot match directly. If I wanted that rate I would need take it up with the comparison site. If I did this there would be no exit fee as I would still be with SP.
So I did the switch earlier in November, got the confirmation through from U switch but have heard nothing at all from SP who sent me confirmation of the rip off tariff that I refused. Looking at my a/c and correspondence online, no mention either, so my torture continues.
Their tariffs do appear competitive but there is an enormous price to pay in grief.

Pleased with the car, less so the dealership.

Didn't find Listers Kings Lynn at all pleasant to deal with. The two salesmen, one for the sale and the other for the handover, were fine.
However, dealing with a couple of the numerous bunch of Sales Managers on handover day turned everything sour.
The arrogant attitude of the Genaral Sales Manger did not alter in the days that followed as I tried to get something back as a token of what I had been forced to endure. He continued to defend the indefensible and it was not until the Head of Business returned from holiday, that I was able to get some degree of resolution.

UK service - really good. Service in Italy - rather poor.

All aspects of the booking, flights, hotel and transfers were handled with knowledge and efficiency by Katie Barton. Could not have expected more.
Citalia representation in Italy was of a different level. Pretty anonymous for starters. Tried to implement an airport transfer which if accepted would have given us well over three hours to wait. When a later pick up was requested, this was reluctantly arranged with a "be it on your shoulders" warning attached. Delaying the pick up by 30mins. still gave us a 2hrs. 50min. wait to the flight time.
No face to face presence in Italy, phone calls or e-mails could both be done just as easily from the UK.

Staff knowledgable and helpful.

Staff are both knowledgable and helpful. Never the most competitively priced but probably worth the difference. Always try to tailor holidays to individual requirements where others (Inghams for instance) will never deviate from their offering.

Talk Talk online chat - what a waste of time.

Your Trustpilot rating system makes great mention of the word friction and various degrees of it. My experience was largely frictionless but I spent well over an hour getting nowhere as I awaited responses from an agent who clearly had far too many balls to keep airborne.

An all-round first class experience.

I had only transferred from BG to Corgi in October and the boiler failed in March. The call-centre experience was very good, UK based and speaking English as a first language. Said that an engineer would be in touch shortly to arrange his visit. His phone-call came an hour or so later and he arranged to visit at 9.00 the next morning.
Arrived bang on time, and quickly identified that a new PCB was needed. Arranged to collect one from a local supply point, was back in twenty minutes and done and dusted shortly after.
Service every bit as good as BG and for significantly less money (my reason for transferring).

A great experience in every respect.

I had researched what I wanted with a couple of dealers and was sitting on their quotations when I decided to give Carwow a go. Within four hours of giving them the spec., I had received full quotations from five dealerships, each bearing an individual's name for me to contact.
From first contact to handover day, the level of service I received from both Carwow and the dealer, was exceptional. My contact at the dealership handled.the Carwow account for that garage and it was obvious that he valued their business greatly.
The factor which especially appealed about Carwow over other online brokers, was the speed with which I was speaking directly with the dealership - less than fours hours. With others, there appears to be a period of smoke and mirrors before you are put in direct touch with who you will be trading.
