Using Yodel works seamlessly. It is easy to find the cost of carriage, print off the address label and pop into a local Yodel agency, in my case, Morrisons. I’ve used Yodel on a couple of occasions and will now, look no further for a reliable, reasonably priced carrier.

I was switched from my present utility provider within 24 hours of recieving the message from Switchcraft that they had found a "better deal". I had replied that I didn't want the switch and yet they still went ahead and switched. I have now had to email the potential new supplier, talk on the phone to my current supplier and, yet again, email Switchcraft to instruct them not to procede. I'm quite angry with the way they have operated.

I have used Flora2000 now for quite a few years, sending flowers to family in Bermuda and Canada.

With one unfortunate exception, the gifts have been delivered on time and the recipients have been delighted with the flowers.

In mentioning the exception, I am not clear how, a Christmas bunch of flowers was "lost" - intended for Christmas 2014. Flora did inform me. Naturally, I was disappointed but agreed to the flowers being delivered in early to mid-January. The flowers were well received and I had a phone call from my family to say how great they were.
One "glitch" in an otherwise impecable service. It has not stopped me recommending Flora2000 and will continue to use the service. Not least because I receive Posy Points that, once accumulated and redeemed, siginicantly reduce the cost.
Finally, having only recently started using Flora for deliveries in Canada; their products are quite substantially less expensive than some other companies I've used in the past.
