I ordered two complete outfits from Druids, and while only one of them arrived, the customer service I received after I notified them of the missing items was extremely prompt and helpful, and the missing bits were re-sent and with me within 2 days.
Rafiq in their customer service was brilliant, and what could have been an off putting first experience, actually ended up ensuring that I will use them again in future.
The clothes are all good quality and now I know how good their customer service is as well, I'm already looking forward to placing another order.

I had read some good reviews and some bad ones when I decided to take a chance and place my order with blinds2go and I'm glad I did. The blinds were reasonably priced which was the main reason for going with them, but I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't have to wait very long for the blinds to be made to measure, I was told the exact day that the blinds would arrive and they turned up on the morning of that day, very well packaged and fitted the windows perfectly, which was also a pleasant surprise considering I had measured the windows myself. I had watched their very helpful video explaining exactly how to measure the windows before ordering though, so it's a testament to their instructions that they fitted. The instructions for fitting the blinds were also pretty easy to follow and despite not being great at anything DIY related, I had 4 blinds up in next to no time. Like I said, I had seen some bad reviews before ordering but from my own experience I can't fault them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend blinds2go to anyone else.
