Absolutely appalling service.
This is the second or third occasion I've ordered something and opted for next day delivery / a specific delivery slot, only to have it not turn up for what ever reason.
I set the delivery for today, yet I've had no text with the time slot and according the the tracking, it's still in their depot in Barking, having arrived there yesterday.
After 40 minutes on hold I managed to speak to someone in customer service. Whilst they were very polite and helpful, the system at large is utterly shambolic with no way to track parcels being manually delivered, the depot couldn't be contacted, and I've had to reschedule my delivery for tomorrow.
I would urge you to avoid buying anything that uses DPD as a courier, even if the delivery costs you more.
