Review of Proxify
After SIX MONTHS and almost GBP30,000 I have a website that suddenly displays pages of code, shows product that is not available, crashes, displays grossly incorrent information, has missing graphics and nonsensical text. There have been 100s of emails and far too many promises that they'll sort it out, but with no positive change happening. 'They' say it's my fault for not hiring a designer, in spite of the fact that the developer (that they assigned) assured me he could complete the design I asked him about. They are adamant that the situation does not merit any refund. They have a London (UK) office but are based in Sweden and I'm in UK so pursuing this legally presents its own problems. HINT: avoid this company like you would a computer virus.
You asked for more details. Well, what I've said really sums it up. I had an online meeting, a developer was assigned, and he assured me he could do the job, which was to attempt to update and existing site. After a while, he said it was 'spaghetti code' and needed to be rewritten. I asked if he could create a site with the design I showed him and he said he could. That was in January. By the end of June, after 100s of emails and promises, I have a website that makes people laugh when I show them what happens on it and I am £30,000 pounds out pocket. My request for a refund was turned down, and I was not offered even a partial one. A totally disgusting situation as far as I am concerned and I shall continue to display the website to anybody who asks.
MORE: I contacted the CEO, one Viktor Jarnheimer to be told: "Unfortunately, the setup with Proxify won't allow us to have detailed insights into the project like an agency." I didn't understand that either, other than 'You're not getting any refund'. He did offer to appoint another developer but since I have already contracted a different company to do the work, it is a redundant suggestion. Altogether a shoddy and unprofessional approach.
For anybody who's interested, it is a large site with huge amounts of automation for administration of a training insititute. Proxify knew what was wanted, and assured me that the developer was a top man and up to the task.
As at July 25, 2025, The situation is ongoing, with all manner of wriggles from Proxify attempting to deflect responsibility.
They have offered to forgo the last payment of 1106 euros, and apparently consider this to be fair. This my last edit - but beware of this firm!
Replying to your note below:
'Legacy code'? What legacy code? The developer was building a new website from scratch. So if there was a problem with the coding, it was of his own making, which does not surprise me at all.

Review of clickmeeting.com
I've used clickmeeting for many years now and it is perfect for my needs. I run dozens of training classes and webinars as well supervision sessions for therapists, and the flexibilty and automation makes life SO easy! A huge help section, instant reply from customer support when you need it (which is rarely) and more facilities than you can imagine makes this number 1 for me - and I've tried LOADS of others!

Easy site to navigate and I liked the ability to just tick 'reorder' from my previous purchase.

On time, polite, and carried a very heavy package into the house.
Review of clickmeeting.com
I moved to Clickmeeting from a different platform a few years back after trying several others and discovering this one was definitely the best. Support is great, although it's not often needed, the platform works really well with just a small learning curve and it is easy to add images and texts for the screen display during Webinars.
It's a good looking platform which allows me to interact with my students as much or as little as I like!

Review of Mailjet
I got better responses from here than from any of the other platforms I've tried, and also better than from my own bulk mailer.

Delivery was delayed because of the weather - but I had an apologetic message to explain. As ever, service was efficient, prices great, Memory perfect and machine faster!

Review of Symprove
I have arthritis in my upper neck (C1/C2) and pernicious anaemia which often leaves me feeling unwell. Soon after I started taking Symprove 6 weeks ago, the pain diminished - it's still there but I no longer need pain killers - and I definitely feel better overall. Highly recommend the programme and will be completing the 12 week courses, that's for sure
Review of Hills Sound & Vision
I was searching for a soundbar to work with my LG TV and spoke to 'Ashley' about my requirements. After a few minutes he advised me about a sound plate (Sony HTX1) instead of what I was original doing to order - and £30.00 cheaper, too. It arrived today and I have to say it sounds fantastic - so thank you, Ashley, for your advice!
