It was the first time I used Emirates Holidays and it won’t be the last. I had tracked the hotel and flights I wanted to book for a number of months on the website and through other travel agents but Emirates Holidays had the best price. My family and I were a low need customer so all we needed was the meet and greet at the destination airport.

A very pleasant experience from the phone call I made to book the holiday all the way to our return.

Easy to order and the device arrived very quickly.

Packaged securely so the chance of damage in transit was minimal

I can only say positive things about Bloor and in particular the team at Poppy Fields.

Rebecca and Antonio in the sales office have been wonderful. They were very accommodating whenever we wanted to make a site visit and helped us with our extras, ensuring everything we picked was sourced in time.

What made this less stressful was Antonio getting head office to agree to a later completion date as we had a number of prior commitments which were set in stone.

Even on the day of completion Rebecca did everything she could to make sure we moved in when it looked like we were running out of time (not Bloor’s fault).

Chris the site manager runs a tight ship and has gone the extra mile to make sure we were ok, even logging some snags himself before we even completed.

I have to give a special mention to the trainee site manager, Ren who has been amazing and has exceeded all expectations when dealing with the small issues we found. He sourced the right subbies and got them in as soon as possible.

Bloor deserves this 5 star review. The house itself is a quality product and the development is managed by a great cohesive team.

I can’t list every good example but I would 100% recommend Bloor Homes to all friends and family.

This is the first time I used a Marks electrical and I got what I wanted straight away. Delivery was quick and the guys who delivered the mini freezer were polite and friendly

Zain, Laura. Andrew, Jid are the team who I regularly spoke to and they were fantastic. Always at hand to answer questions (even late on a Sunday night) and to push our buyer’s solicitors who were very slow.

They were really on it on the afternoon of completion when our mortgage company did not release funds as quickly as I had hoped. Gough Thorne quickly sent fund to our developer which ensured we were able to complete on time.

The mortgage store was recommended to my wife and I and they get a 5 year rating for being friendly, professional and diligent at every step. Hayley answered all questions I raised, made this as stress free as possible and most importantly she got me the best possible deal.

Just had my boiler serviced with these guys and it was a painless and very friendly experience. The engineer was great, friendly and efficient. I told him of an issue I had with a radiator which he fixed immediately.
