Needed a clarification on the insurance product, response was quick and informative.

Ordered both towbar with fitting and a zx204 cycle carrier.
Phoned up a couple of days before the fitting because the towbar hadn't arrived. Was promised a callback as the towbar had gone missing with the courier. Had to chase over next 2 days, different tow bar make then couriered but didn't arrive in time for the appointment. I also had to point out that the replacement was cheaper. The fitter, South Coast towbars, was great, waited until I confirmed parts arrived and came up on a Saturday.
Just opened up cycle carrier while he's fitting the towbar and it's been shipped with the 3 carrier bolt pack not the 4, so short a lot of bolts.

Replacement part arrived quickly. Website has a pretty comprehensive list of replacement parts. Recommended.
