Rocket Mortgage is the absolutely worse lending company. I had gone in debt and needed to refinance my home to pay off my credit cards. The worse thing was the horrible customer service. The loan officer I dealt with,Karine B, was below average with communication and was rude. When I received the checks to pay off my credit cards the payoff amounts were not even close to what I owed for example I owed $2,225.18 on one account and the check Rocket Mortgage wrote was for over $10,500.00! I was shocked that this company messed up something as elementary as check writing. I have gone to great lengths to warn people about the awful experience I had with Rocket Mortgage.

The customer service was great. The only reason I would recommend using David's Bridal is because they make you pay for alterations before the alterations are completed. Also, the amount of the alterations was more than my dress. I haven't ever been anywhere that this has been the case

Express Wireless is a rip off. I tried to get my iPhone fixed here. They put the wrong parts in the tried to make me pay for their mistake. They have horrible reviews. I was warned by two people not to use this company but tried to save money. My mistake

Shipt is the worst delivery service. It's horrible. I used Shipt twice in the past and without my knowledge the company enrolled me in a membership. I never asked or agreed to this. I disputed all charges and my money was returned, the company had no documentation or proof that I had enrolled in there services.

The candle was packaged beautifully and smells wonderful. However, there was only a top for one of the candles I ordered and the delivery person left my package in the sun which caused both candles to melt and the wicks were under the wax.

I have ordered from Holabird in the past and had very few issues if any. Until I placed my most recent irder. I returned two pairs of shoes and explained in an email to customer service that I had already purchased the correct size (from Holabird) and only wanted to return, not exchange either pair that I was returning. I shipped both shoes back, Holabird sent me the return shipping labels. After about 18 days I emailed customer service and asked why the returns had not been credited back to my account. I explained I had tracked that the packages which showed the items had been received received by Holabird 9 days ago. The customer service representative blew me off. After the lengths I had gone to making sure I was to be refunded the amount, there was no exchange involved I received another pair of tennis shoes. I felt like no one in the customer service department bothered to read the emails I sent regarding this issue. In each shoes box I completed the return information explaining I had already purchased the correct size and did not want to exchange them.
This is the last time I ever order from this company.

Tennis Warehouse has the worst customer service. I sent an email regarding an order I placed. A customer service representative (I use that term lightly) emailed me with an attachment I couldn't open,no explanation as to what the attachment was and no introduction. That's beyond lazy. I will not order from Tennis Warehouse again.

Do not use Instacart. It's a rip off. They claim to not accept store promos but the grocery store I ordered from said they were supposed to. Becayse of the cost of Instacart the stores jack up their prices 3 and 4 times the amount if went in the store and purchased it.It's a rip off. Don't waste your money

I ordered 2 tee shirts from TeePublic. I received emails stating my orders had been delivered but they never were. I contacted customer service via email, after getting the run around for over a week they finally resent the tee shirts. I wound up receiving 2 of the same shirts long after I placed my order(s). The art work on the tee shirts was average at best. After receiving my shirts, I feel they were over priced. I won't be ordering from TeePublic again.

I've ordered several items from Jerry's Artarama and had nothing but great results. The only complaint I have is their customer service which is awful.

I just read an online article in Forbes Kabbage PPP Small Business Loans. I got a good laugh that a respected media source like Forbes would feature a company such as Kabbage. Kabbage takes advantage of small business that hasn't been around long enough to establish credit or has a lower credit rating. Among the many negative aspects of Kabbage, the fixed-fee structure (meaning that early repayment does not save interest), non-transparency, monthly fees, and astronomical rates compared to other online lenders. Beware, this company is NOT a small business' friend.

I placed my order which was supposed to be delivered to me at 7:08 pm. By 7:30 through the app, I attempted via chat to find out where my order was after holding on for so long and still not even connecting to customer service I tried to obtain help via phone. After holding over 30, still not being connected to customer service, I cancelled my order. This is by far the worst delivery app

The customer service rep was so nice & knowledgeable. He made purchasing my item so easy with his pleasant attitude. It's a rarity to find such a nice customer service representative. Kudos to him!!

If you want to save money, this is the best app to have! Easy to use!
