I'm really sorry to hear that your medication hasn’t arrived yet — I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially given how important timely delivery is.

Your order was dispatched to the address provided at checkout, but as you’ve not received it, I’ll be opening an investigation with Royal Mail on 13.06.25, in line with their policy requiring us to wait 7 working days from the expected delivery date.

Once the investigation is underway and approved, we will send out a replacement order immediately to avoid any further disruption.

We're very sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced with your recent delivery.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the initial issue arose due to missing address details at checkout — specifically, the absence of your door and street number. Without this, the courier was unable to complete delivery, and the parcel was returned to us.

Once we received your updated and complete address, we promptly resent your order on May 9th. We hope it has now safely arrived with you.

Regarding the additional delivery fee, this was requested to cover the reshipment, as the original delivery had already been actioned. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
