Debenhams furniture order, useless. Item keeps saying out for delivery then never arrives just updates to the next day. Spoke to chat who say every day it will be with you 100% by 9pm tonight, never arrives again. Then the next day the same pre-written scripts copy and pasted from India the whole cycle starts again. The great thing about companies that do this they eventually go out of business so keep up the great work.,

Terrible, never even received the item. Constantly stuck with Yodel who keep saying delivery today, never arrives then same the next day then the next. Shame as the brand name used to be good but no longer, RIP Debenhams.

Very helpful company, they have a telephone number unlike a lot of these online plate companies so you can phone ahead and confirm spacing. They spaced the plates exactly as I wanted. Wouldn't use anyone else, delivered fast, great quality as well.

Absolute terrible all they seem to do is lie about the delivery, Mine was such a joke their own tracking proved them to be lying. First it said item delivered through post box, then the next day it said cant find property, the the third day it says card left, which of course it wasn't. All their online support do is paste pre-written responses and they got caught out again saying the driver cant find the property again, so I asked how did they leave a card if they can't find the property ? I've done a charge back on my credit card now so hopefully the company using them will change their courier.

I order a leather jacket which was nearly twice as expensive in the UK. They kept me informed as to when it would be back in stock from their supplier and sent it via UPS where I simply paid cash on the doorstep, or with a cheque after I inspected the goods. The jacket is in perfect condition, actually better than the ones in the shops , highly recommended.

I left a negative review for a well known mobile company who receives probably around 30 reviews per day. The company Handtec reports every single negative review immediately so they show as pending review and hide the text.
Trust pilot took around 2 weeks to reinstate my review as it was truthful however by this time it was on about page 20 so nobody ever gets to read it. If you check Handtecs page they do it daily, flagging every single negative review and they sit like that for days on end.
You need to change the system so that reviews that have been flagged when approved go to the top of the reviews not on the date it was originally submitted.

I placed an order on Saturday 20th December for two Nokia Lumia 930 phones as Christmas presents. First thing Monday morning I telephoned to ask that the order was received and being dealt with. I purchased next day before 12pm delivery and was assured on Monday morning that they would be with me and had been shipped that morning. Forward to Tuesday morning and I still had no tracking information, around 8am I spoke to someone on live chat who said they would provide the tracking info within 1.5 hours. 2 hours later nothing received so I telephoned and asked to be told they would send through in 30 mins. An hour later still nothing so I go onto online chat again and this time I'm told the delivery won't be until Wednseday now even though everyone told me it would be Tuesday before 12pm.
I telephone again and after a lengthy wait told it will again be with me Tuesday by 12pm guaranteed. Forward to 12:10 no telephones, no tracking numbers and no information sent from the company. I phone again for the final time and ask why it was not here and I'm then given a tracking number saying its due for delivery this afternoon, so I waited in all morning for nothing, I have to leave at 1pm for work and now I won't be able to have the phones for Christmas. Handtec advised to leave a note on the door refusing delivery and I would get a refund in the New Year.
I have used Handtec twice now and every time we have had an issue, I will not be using them again. As far as Customer Service goes I had a terrible experience, we felt like they tell you what you want to hear so you place the order, then after the order is placed problems start and they just fob you off with excuses..

I ordered goods from ufcstore.eu on December 1st for Christmas. Forward 19 days later and no goods have been received, I have had to do a chargeback via Visa which is a very long winded process sending in all evidence etc. I emailed their customer service 5 times over the last 3 weeks and received no replies at all apst from an automated you will hear back in 24 hours response. I even took to posting on their Facebook page where they keep advertising their store and nobody replies there either. Would never use them again terrible experience and I will be reporting them to trading standards also.
