Love the cards. My family and I are enjoying them, we are learning while having fun.

Since, this was my very first time purchasing a luxury item, such as a Gucci watch, online, I was extremely nervous and worried if this product will be good or not, real or fake, good condition or not and etc. And, I have to say that the watch that I receive came in an original Gucci box, wrapped up perfectly with plastic and the watch itself is brand spanking new and fantastic. I am happy with the product I received and will soon be purchasing another watch for my wife.

The only suggestion I want to offer to the company is that even though the folks answering the calls in sales or other depts are professional and always helpful, it wouldn't hurt to train them a bit more on their 'customer service skills' most of the encounters I had were with no 'thank you' or 'how may I help you' or 'have a great day' and I find that a bit odd in this day and age of extreme competition.

I had questions, such as 'are these watches real or fake and etc' and most of the answers were 'yeh they are'....there was no real convincing in their part of the conversation, there was no real highlighting of their return policy and etc.

All my questions were answered every time I called before and after placing the order, so I am a happy client, I only mean to suggest that the customer service can be better, that all.

All in all, Jacobtime is where I am buying my watches from now on....
