I'm no good with computors, so can I print off a copy of my booking

Obviously they never checked the gears…

Obviously they never checked the gears on my Skoda. With in the first week it broke down whilst in the EU, I had 2 reports in Ireland, both showing trouble with the gears. It turns out the mechantronics (sic) scensors needed replacements, I managed to get the car back to the UK, because I had trouble with the tyres on the first day which I resolved myself by purchasing new tyres before I set off for Ireland, because of that I have little faith or any trust, I decided to get Skoda to do a diagnostic report. To get them to do it I know is always a little more expensive, but more reliable. I have doubts that The Big 0 did do that test because it would shown up the problem. Skoda want & £1720 to do the job. Big 0 are offering S concession of £702 because I want to get this over with I have made them an offer of £1200, I think that is fair, I just want to be rid of them

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and expressing your dissatisfaction with the service you've received from Big Motoring World. We apologise for any inconvenience or frustration caused by the issues you've encountered with your vehicle.

All of our vehicles are subjected to an inspection prior to their placement on the forecourt, however, they are all sold in a used condition and on occasion, faults can develop, often these are unforeseen and sudden.

I understand from your communication with our After-Sales team that we will only be assisting with £702 for the repairs, as you decided to go to the main dealer on your own accord, we may not look to assist with the full cost of the repairs due to their inflated labour cost.

However, the alternatives are that we can look to have the vehicle in with us to have one of our specialist technicians diagnose the vehicle and look into the repairs that are required, or if there is a local VAT-registered garage close to you that can do the repairs at the cost that we have authorised, then you can go down this route.

Can you please respond to the team's latest email if you wish to discuss this further?

First port of call for quality and price

After having some issues in beginning I.e. late delivery and on-line ordering you have really cracked it for 2021 I have nothing to moan about, feeling cheated.
First port of call for quality and price. Perhaps you can answer my question you can buy a reasonably good rear rack for £30.00 why are front racks suitable for gravel bikes 3 times the price, take Nitto £90?? surely a UK manufacturer could produce a light weight carrier at a reasonable price.
Keep up the good work I might be tempted to buy another bike.
