Hughes has always been quick , helpful and professional. I have used them quite a few times now and they have never failed . Last Christmas they were the only company that would deliver a dishwasher just before Christmas . Eternally grateful! They have always installed everything very well , removed my old appliance ( for a charge ) left everything very clean and tidy . Highly recommended.

Really poor cheap quality ! Straight in the bin . Took 3 weeks to arrive and it probably cost more to post than actually make . The sales picture is not the product that arrives . Definitely from China despite the company name .

Not even worthy of a one star . I order a USB heated gilet . It did not arrive despite receiving email stating it had been delivered .
I have tried to contact Benzbag and they replied showing me a photo of a door that it was left at . The only problem was it was not my door . They advised that I needed to take it up with Hermes . When I try to contact Hermes it’s all automated and it tells me the postcode does not match with the order number . I can’t seem to get through to Hermes without the correct info . Contacted Benzbag again and they confirmed that my order number and post code are correct and that’s it’s Hermes I need to contact . Going around in circles . In a nut shell wouldn’t order again as I do not know if its the company or the delivery company at fault .

Excellent friendly and they dropped the large package into the garage for me as I was unable to carry it .

I have to give this company 10 out of 10 for efficiency, professionalism and overall a fantastic job . Andy , Sam , Callum and Max were so clean , tidy and professional. Given the amount of work they had to do installing a whole new chimney breast there was minimal mess and they were so professional. They got the job done very quickly , as four of them were at it non stop .
Highly recommend this company ….. the results are fantastic, beyond my expectations. Good communication with Dan and the office staff too . Overall a very well organised professional company .

First class service , they had already replaced my tyre but the slow puncture was still there a few days later . They were so helpful and got to the bottom of the problem … which was corrosion on the wheel which they managed to sort free of charge . I would highly recommend , helpful , polite , fitted me in quickly . The staff were so helpful and kind . Much appreciated . I will always use Kwik Fit !

Fantastic service . Polite friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend this service . Two new tyres were fitted efficiently and saved me the time of having to drive to a Kwik Fit branch which would have meant a 84 mile round trip .

I ordered the peep a boo teddy bear back in October , I emailed them and they finally replied stating that the item was despatched at the beginning of November . My original review stated I had not received it but I take it all back the bear arrived today 20 days later . It took a long time but I have got the goods so I take it all back .
....A few hours on and finally bought batteries only to find out the bear does not Peek a boo !! It’s shocking .... it does nothing but sits there and looks moth eaten . Not the gift I would want to give !

I visted the Bromley branch and found that they didn't have the size I was after . A member of staff approached me and advised that the correct size could be delivered to my home address . A few clicks on their smart phone and bingo the product did indeed turn up on my doorstep . A friendly helpful professional service . Well done Superdry , customer service is clearly a priority .
