We ordered a Samsung TV which was the best price anywhere we opted for the fitting service we were kept in the loop with daily updates up to delivery which was spot on time the two guys arrived and they were polite and friendly ( Andy and Innocent) and set the new TV up I can’t fault the customer service we received and would highly recommend this company to anyone many thanks

My gas usage on the App has not been updated since last Tuesday it’s now Monday.have contacted the AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM 12 times without any response at all absolutely dismal customer service I wonder how long it will be before I get an update

Gt grade sport bike arrived safely as promised everything set up gears working correctly steering not quite set straight but an easy fix all in all a great buying experience
Maybe could have been updated in between buying and receiving the bike

The bike was spot on with the setup the gears and brakes working perfectly

Took the fitter 19 minutes to do the job
Labour cost £91
Gearbox £97.50 I am sure this is way above the recommended price
Total cost including vat £226.20
I am thinking of contacting trading standards
When the fitter told me the problem was the gearbox and gave me the total price I was amazed
I said to him if i don’t want to go ahead with the job will there be any charge he said yes £91nothing wrong with the service the fitter was polite and efficient but the total price is outrageous

My gas readings stopped coming through I contacted octopus through the App I sent 20 emails and got 1 reply the issue wasn’t resolved and I had no reply back from them with the information that they were sent I decided to go to Facebook and posted my information within a few minutes I had a reply from Luke who sorted out our problem within 12hrs many thanks Luke
It seems a shame when you have to resort to social media to get a problem solved
I think octopus energy needs to sort out there Award winning customer service department out lol
