Fabulous first order - sale item, naturally! My friend has this particular dress in now 4 different shades, and I was jealous! So I bagged one for myself in the sale. Perfect from start to finish. My only niggle is you use EVri for delivery who can be extremely unreliable around our village, but pulled through like a dream this time, except for a notification it was out for delivery, I did not get. Thank you, Top notch!
The book is ok, but not quite what I thought it might be. So my only pointer for you to consider is to take some photos of the inside of the book, as I expected this to have glossy photos of the food in a cooked, fully prepared state and not just a plain paper page, with no photos at all. Not appetising for a cookbook imho, and the references in the index are all wrong, so not entirely sure this book is legit, so its kind of expensive for what it is. I would NOT recommend the book. Delivery was fine, no problems.

Second order and everything is fine as usual. The only niggle and it’s tiny, is that the shoe box received was covered in thick dust. I have enough of my own thank you, don’t need more! :)
The dress is lovely - an absolute steal in the sale! No shipping either way - easy return as I purchased the wrong size by mistake and purchased the correct size again. No problems here!
Not worth the expense as it's rarely used by our customers as we provide exceptional service. Shame about Trusted shops non existent customer service etiquette, & with such a nasty attitude to speak with via telephone or email (GEORGE) - all I NEED is an email REMINDER when I need to renew or cancel my member ship, not a new contract at extortionately higher prices every year, then asking for PROOF of Turnover (they HIDE behind a written contract as an EXCUSE NOT to REMIND YOU of renewal time approaching) with a total lack of concern, just want to take more and more money without proper consultation - for a company that is supposed to be customer oriented - certainly not customer focused at all - just money grabbing 2 stars for the product - deducting the other 3 for the TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE - Now stuck with a product I don't WANT and have to pay for AGAIN for a full year! I DON'T TRUST YOU
The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the delivery was fantastic, next day in fact, really superb.
I telephoned Kite to inform them that they had mistakenly sent me 19 extra heat sealer kits when I only ordered one. Roughly £60 worth.
I also made a mistake and ordered the wrong size Jiffy bags and asked if I could have them exchanged for the next size up and thought they could, as an act of goodwill for my honesty, exchange them.
Absolutely NOT was the answer. I could return them And reorder. Which meant I would have to pay the postage both ways.
I understand why - but in all honesty, as I could have just kept the incorrectly sent goods, and not offered the information, I ‘thought’ they would’ve been a little more accommodating. HA HA NO
Agent refused to refer to a manager or help other than offer to collect the incorrect items as ‘they were collecting their goods anyway’ I would still need to reorder - what a PIA this company is. I am beginning to give up the will to live with them TBH.
Now, come get your stuff and stop emailing me about it as I will not spend another minute of my time trying to help you - just like you wouldn’t help me.

We are glad to see that a friendly member of our customer service team arranged a collection for the extra heat sealer spare part kits. We also offered, as a gesture of goodwill, to collect the arofol bubble lined envelopes that was ordered incorrectly which you no longer required.
Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we are unable to offer exchanges as part of our returns process and we can only refund goods upon arrival, meaning the only way to receive a different size would be to place a new order online.
We value your honestly and custom. We hope to one day earn you 5 stars!
Vacuum is great. Heavier than expected though, cord not long enough to do the stairs and £20 more than on QVC. But I still like it. Delivery was good. Thank you.
Items ordered, delivered separately 4 days apart. My mistake thought they should have all come together - not advised they would be sent separately. Phoned to find out where the last part of order was, told they would stay in touch all along the way - no-contact made at all. But I bet you they want the bill paying on time :( Disappointing to say the least. Will begin our search for a new reliable company. Shame as they are only a few miles away from us, but won’t allow collection.

Order placed approx 4;30pm and the delivery was made next day, even though it wasn’t advised until Monday of the following week. Kite just couldn’t have done anything better, hence the 5 full stars ⭐️

After an initial rocky start - (You sent the wrong item) the correct item (Advent Calender) was sent by next day courier. I could hardly lift it and it is beautifully boxed. I felt that the resolution was more than generous and impressed with that very much. The product remains to be tested as it is a gift for my son in law, but I am sure he will be more than delighted. My order was to be delivered to my business premises on the Saturday of the bank holiday weekend. However Hermes held the delivery off until we opened on the Tuesday, and it was delivered first time with no problem. Our Lady delivery driver (name unknown) is lovely, friendly and always arrives when advised. Thank you!
The fitters always turned up on time and were quick and professional.
The sales team in house are friendly and personable, and know the products. When placing an additional order by telephone, the salesman telephoned me back, and an email receipt was sent the next day.
All in all excellent!
