Not for me any longer sadly…

I have been using TopCashback for many years accruing over 5k so my review is mainly for the past 12 months where more and more companies are declining the cash back. I have lost out on hundreds and their customer service can do little to help. I’ve given up using this facility now as it’s worse knowing what you could have had!

Some reviews give you the jitters but.....

I was a little worried about placing my order (online) after reading the previous reviews but couldn't have been happier with the service. Saved a fortune on my new jacket and (after opting for express shipping) my order was delivered in less than 24 hours! It was very well packaged too with a very posh hanger thrown in for free :-)

I think it's always important to remember that people rightly like to have a moan when things go wrong but there are lots of customers who do have a good experience. I hope this review gives a little more reassurance to potential shoppers.

Rip off

After waiting 2 hours for his drive, my son only got to drive4 out of the 6 laps. He wasn’t particularly slow and I couldn’t see anything in the t&cs to limit the amount of laps due to time so we feel particularly ripped off. There were no week days being run at the Woodbridge circuit so we had to pay their weekend premium and of course the additional insurance so please be aware that this can be a very expensive day - in fact everything was an up-sell (even the safety briefing was an opportunity to sell additional laps/photos etc!). This ruined what should have been a special experience for my son. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have very deep pockets.

Great price but...

Great price for the vehicle but the sales process was pretty poor (as was communication)

Expect to be asked whether you want to buy every service under the sun (paint protection additional warranties etc) and put at least an hour aside to purchase the vehicle!!

Despite me asking for the interior of the car to be cleaned (it smelled) nothing was done.
