I was then transferred to another colleague - I think his name was Lallal - who also showed the expertise, professionalism and thoughtfulness that one would expect from a company of this status.

Excellent service, with speedy delivery and free batteries and pen, which have proved invaluable at this time of the year for Xmas prezzies and writing out that gift card!!
