I think it is a good collection of exercises, stretches and other healing methods. There is nothing particularly groundbreaking, but putting together the different methods in one package does offer some value.

There is a lot about priceline I like & I use it frequently. Good deals, easy to use, and usually pretty reliable.

I do wish there were some kind of frequent use promotion. If there is I do not know about it, and have used it 5-10 times a year. Thanks
