UNACCEPTABLE buying experience and aftersales service.

If it wasn’t for the fact that a V8 Autobiography only becomes available on a rare ocassion, I wouldn’t have purchased from this dealership. In fact during the process we enquirer at Guildford and asked if they could take over the sale, that’s how frustrating the experience was. I wouldn’t recommend making a purchase here. They were so focussed on reaching their monthly target we were pressured into making a quick decision, then 8 weeks after and we still have not received a book pack for the car, so cannot access many of the great features this amazing car has to offer. At one point we were advised, that the car had to be shifted by end of the month and since it was the last week of the month, we were pressed for a decision. Find a car here but use another dealer to process the purchase, is my advice.

I sent them £60 and haven’t heard a thing. Keep asking me to deposit more money. Avoid at all costs they’re ripping people off and their chatbot is the only support you’ll get which isn’t helpful at all!!

AVOID, let down twice by 2 cleaners.

I booked 2 cleaners for different properties on the same day, 20 minutes after they were due at the respective properties I received notification that they cancelled, apparently both cleaners had the same issue, described as a personal issue in the email. I think this is the standard wording they use. In any case they are unreliable, unprofessional and poor communicators.

AVOID, completely unreliable

Booked a cleaner but no one arrived on the day, no pre warning no communication at all. Very poor service, unreliable and unprofessional company. Despite sending me numerous reminders that a cleaner was due to arrive, in the end I did it myself.

Insensitive customer care

I called on 25th October at 1230pm to advise Virgin my father had passed away, during the call the stupid insensitive person sitting in the call centre in Asia tried to sell me Virgin TV. Can you believe it. He asked me if I had Virgin and when I asked why he said because I qualify for the same deal as my father did. UNBELIEVABLE. I can honestly say, this is by far the most insensitive and impertinent service I have ever received. I will NEVER use any Virgin products as a result. Vile little man.

Raj and his delivery buddy were brilliant. He was very patient, especially since they had to bring the American Fridge Freezer through our garden and in the back. He was very polite and kept me well informed. Nothing was a bother for them. Very happy with the service received. Thanks.

CAUTION really poor customer service.

They charge you a fortune to make changes, and try to keep the taxes when I asked for a refund. They said they would call back and didn't. The call centre is a joke. Already spent £300 on flights to Lisbon, they want another £180 in admin fees plus £160 to change the flight, and want to charge me an extra £70 to cancel and claim back unused taxes. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN rip off merchants based in India!

Filthy changing rooms and showers

If you want to spend more on treatment for Athletes foot and verrucas or warts than a gym membership, then join The Gym at Angel. 6 weeks ago I marked each shower with a special pen mark that is hard to see but is instantly removed when it comes into contact with Chlorine or bleach, the marks are still there. They just don't clean the floors at all in the changing rooms or shower area. I did complain to the General Manager but she didn't even comment on it. There are other low cost gym group that do clean properly, as I hold a membership at both, one near my home the other near my office, but I'm leaving The Gym Group for a cleaner, healthier, safer environment.

Exceptionally poor service

According to their adverts making a claim for a chip on your windscreen should be easy! Not the case. I booked an appointment online for a few days later, I then received a call from Autoglass to say the earliest appointment was (approximately) ten days later. On the evening before I received a text confirmation of the appointment, so the following day I left work early and waited at home, and waited, and waited until 10pm. No one called, text or bothered to turn up. I sent an email, the following day I got a call and all they could do was give me an appointment two weeks later!! No apology, no explanation, I asked a manager to contact me, no one did, I sent a mail, no one replied. I have reported the incident to my insurance company and will now use another more customer focussed company, and not one that thinks they have a monopoly because they work with insurance companies. We still have a choice!

Poor workmanship and won't uphold their guarantee - Buyer Beware

We employed the services of Tima Build to refurbish our bathrooms. They completed 2 bathrooms but the tiling was not straight and was uneven on the walls - it's called lippage. After 3 months the floor tiles started making a clicking noise, and are coming loose. When we approached Tima build they initially ignored us, then after a second attempt they replied but will not offer to cover the cost of the repairs or repair it themselves, even though they offer a 12 month guarantee, and we are also covered by the Sale of Goods Act, so we are now taking legal action.

Good range or products BUT misleading information on website

we purchased two electric radiators with elements because their website said they are "Pre-filled". This term is unambiguous it clearly means filled beforehand but that's not the case, they send the radio tars, the elements and the inhibitor all separately, the same as any other supplier, but charge MUCH more under the pretence they are pre-filled. We paid more than £120 extra for this. When we contacted them they did offer to take the items back but we already had arranged an electrician to fit them, they also said that the electrician knows Pre-filled means it comes separately, but I'm sorry to say you cannot adapt the meaning of a term to suit you, pre-filled means just that. The website is misleading and should be changed to something like "Kit".

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK, the poorest customer service EVER! Also known at TILES N BATHS LTD

We bought a Solarna bath as advertised on their website, they confirmed the order by email. I emailed them to ask when to expect delivery, no reply, then 5 days later a delivery van turned up outside my door without warning, fortunately I was working from home. Unfortunately it was the wrong bath, they had sent a cheaper item. It's important to note that there is NO number to call so you CANNOT speak to anyone about your problem except the sales people and they pass you to the support email. After emailing them to ask when I could expect the correct bath, they always replied with vague responses, such as "we are handling your request", I emailed everyday to ask what was happening but they said they had to wait for the original bath to be returned, but couldn't tell me when that would be or why!! Another week passed and still nothing, they said they "expected the returned bath soon" A Whole week later??!! So TWO weeks after ordering they finally advised they "didn't keep the Solarna bath in stock at the depot and would let me know when it arrived", for all I know they could have ordered it to come from China! It was a complete waste of TWO weeks and sleepless nights wondering if and when they were ever going to send my order. I believe they were trying to dupe me by sending an inferior item, thank goodness I had got the technical specs from the manufacturer so knew what I was ordering, otherwise why didn't they order the correct bath at the original request instead of sending a different model!?

BUYER BEWARE, possibly the rudest and worst service I have experience from an online retailer!!

We ordered a new bath from BODLeeds - Bathrooms of Distinction, Leeds. We received a call the day before delivery to advise us the bath would be delivered between 1039am and 130pm the following day. Having taken the day off to wait for the delivery, by 1645 there was no sign of the delivery so we contacted BODLeeds who said they would look into it and get back to us. We waited until 230pm the following day before WE contacted BODLeeds, to be told that they are busy dealing with so many customers they couldn't contact us. Apparently the delivery company forgot to load the bath, but BODLeeds said it would be delivered on the following Monday, but blamed the delivery company who they appointed. Once again it was due for delivery between 1030 and 130pm, by 230pm we contacted the delivery company who said the drivers phone was probably broken so not sure where he is. Eventually the bath arrived,BUT it was the wrong bath!, when we called BODLeeds [name] swore at me and said it sometimes wasn't easy to deal with customers, and it's NOT their fault...OMG!! They hung up on us and sent a refund. A vile company run by a man who has no interest in customers, with the lowest possible service.

Unreasonable and untrustworthy. BUYER BEWARE

We ordered a new bath, initially the Aquabliss delivered the wrong bath, so we had to wait another week for the correct one to arrive. When the plumber was fitting the waste pipe he noticed the bath has a crack in the inside corner, nowhere near the waste pipe but Aquabliss refused to provide a replacement or refund, despite not being able to prove the bath was delivered without any damage. We didn't notice the crack as it looks like crumpled cellophane, it is still in its original packaging it still has the cellophane on it. They did offer another bath at cost, still over £100, which we refused. We have written to two of the directors who have not bothered to respond, so we are now talking to Watchdog and will process a claim through the small claims court. It's unbelievable how poor the service is. Buy from a company where their T&C's are clear in an email, even better but from a shop.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your item was delivered incorrectly, however a replacement was organised within 4 working days of the original order and within 48hrs of the problem being highlighted to ourselves. We apologise unreservedly for this mistake and refunded the express service charge, as you required the item quickly due to fitters being on site. The damage to the bath was brought to our attention two months after the original delivery, it was clear from the images that the item had been fitted and extensive work had been taken out within the bathroom surrounding the item. The damage was large and around 10cm away from the bath waste which had been fitted. You stated that only work on the underside of the bath had been undertaken and that you were present during fitting, however the waste is fitted from the top, pipework is then connected underneath. In addition the bath itself was covered in plaster and plaster dust, as was the damaged area. We have offered a replacement at cost price as we wouldn't wish to profit from others misfortune, but to suggest the bath has been damaged by our couriers is not accurate.
