This company has not failed me yet. Evri have been delivering to me for over two years. Always on time, within the notification of the time scheduled. Most importantly waits until I open the door and hands the parcel to me. If not it would be left, tucked away in a corner of the porch. Charming and professional couriers, would highly recommend this Company.

Was home, key tapping on window. Immediately went to door as was waiting for this. The box was on the doorstep. A very young man, was standing behind it , head down looking at his phone. Maybe new? Consequently began to walk away! Never once acknowledged me. I called to him and said 'Hello' and thank you being brought up to be civil. He looked startled not sure what to do. Such a shame your drivers are not taught basic manners.

FatFace is a brilliant company. Have shopped with them for years always finding something I love and would purchase. The fabric is usually perfect, on most of my purchases, a slight issue with snagging on some wool cardigans. Albeit, I am now aware. The styles are 'me' and most suitable for my age and build. Handbags, are stylish and reasonable, and the scarves are perfect.

I cannot remember not having FitFlops in my wardrobe. So comfortable, with an extensive range of colours, Delivery really very quick, so easy to purchase on line.

From the initial appointment all was good, until the delivery date and also changed. Graham the fitter was a delight, once the actually fitting went ahead, and very quick. Albeit, not sure would I use Hilary's again.
The shutters were ordered on the 25th February 2025.Half the amount paid as deposit and they were finally fitted July last week. Maybe not use again.

A birthday bouquet for our daughter in law, she was delighted. Beautiful bouquet arranged wonderfully.

Have had many deliveries from Evri over the last few years. Always informed they have received it, 'Out for Delivery' and again delivered. The courier always notifies us he is there, if not, places in a safe position on the porch. Should us be a little late in getting to the door, he will immediately return pick the parcel up, and place it in our hand. Superb!

All good, driver delivered on time, respected our home.

I have had parcels delivered by Evri for perhaps a little over two years. NEVER, once have I had any hassles or problems. I am notified when they have it, and the date that it will be out for delivery, then the arrival time within an hour slot. Usually the same courier, courteous, friendly and very professional. If I am out, leaves parcel in a safe spot. Will ALWAYS ring the door bell and wait for me to answer. NOTHING like certain companies who leave it on the doorstep, and do not bother to ring. My neighbour has had mega issues with a certain company who insisted on leaving her packages on my porch it took a year for this to be resolved, even though they had been ASKED/ADVISED of her address numerous times. Of course reviews must me true, and I suppose there are certain issues in certain areas. Albeit, I was really shocked to hear some of them, and needed to mention where I live they do an amazing / no complaints.

This company is probably the best on line store to deal with. Incredibly polite and charming people to speak with. The purchases/orders are always beautifully wrapped, on time and in perfect condition once arrived.

The time had come, cataracts were needing attention. There was only one person I could possibly trust to perform the procedures. Mr. M. Tappin had been treating John for over thirty years, I had always been in attendance with his appointments and in all this time I had found Mr. Tappin, to be approachable and knowledgeable in matters concerning eyes. I asked would he treat my eyes. Emma, his lovely secretary contacted me with dates, followed up with all the necessary paperwork / e/mails, I knew from her persona I was in very capable hands. I was subsequently booked into The Nuffield Health, Shores Road, Woking, on my arrival reception and staff were friendly and positive, I was taken to my room. The necessary booking procedure was dealt with, BP, questions on my health etc. a visit from Mr. Tappin, where he went through the surgery in great detail, drew a mark over my eye, asking had I any questions. He had been very explicit, I had none. The team in the theatre, again were amazing and reassuring. I felt relaxed, and as he began the procedure, again Mr. Tappin explained in detail what he was doing at every stage. He visited my room afterwards and expressed what I may and may not expect. This happened fifteen days later when I had the right eye operated on. Two follow up appointments had been initiated, everything had gone well. I would like to thank everyone I had contact with, most of all Mr. Tappin, who at every stage of my treatments, was professional, approachable and charming.

Noticed there were new colours, have worn Fitflops since they first were available. Comfortable, lovely colours, blush and pink, what's not to like for summer.
