Delivery was quick

Delivery was quick. This mower is lightweight, which is good for me as I’m 79, so can’t handle heavy equipment now. Good for my small/medium garden, can get into awkward places, but don’t think it wouldn’t be big enough for big garden.
I did find it a bit awkward to change the height of cut.

Very disappointed in Next

Had an email 5/10/22 saying that my parcel was ready to collect from your store on Sears retail park.
I went on 6/10/22 to collect the parcel. After waiting ages, I was told that the parcel had been returned to the warehouse. I immediately sent a complaint email, via your website, but all that I have received back is a confirmation email to say that they had received it.
I am very disappointed with various things that have happened with orders this year and will think seriously about ordering in future
