We sent some videos on spec to see how good the quality was. They came out fine for our purposes, but an additional enhancing service is available (at extra cost) if required. Results were available via Drop Box, I also got a memory stick when the tapes were returned.
I had an issue with (I thought) a duplicated capture, it was handled promptly and efficiently. It turned out I had sent a duplicated tape!
My only issue was a slight lack of communication once the box was dispatched.
The transfer is done in Germany. You have no communication until it arrives, which left me concerned the tapes had not arrived. It would be good if an additional communication was added when the goods arrived in the UK.
We will definitely use them again.

I managed to not only order the wrong thing but also had it delivered to the wrong shop! My point is the systems are not ”fool” proof.
Having searched for a double sheet Insonehow ordered a single (probably because it was cheaper!) Why was I even being shown a single.
How I managed to then send it to the wrong store remains a mystery.
The moral is check before you order I suppose

My only criticism is why the heavy discount incentives? If you can make a profit selling at the lower price why start at the high price? Feels deceptive!

A great find! These moulds help you make perfect wraps every time! There is a good support community on social media to help with ideas. The only downside is over communication from the seller, they seem to send the same content over and over! Having said that I bought another for my daughter so perhaps its not spam its good marketing!

I have been using their service and breakdown cover for a number of years now. Recently I have had to call them out a number of times, each time they have done a really professional job, efficient, polite and helpful.
The only reason for not giving the 5 stars is they are on the pricey side, but to be honest you get what you pay for I suppose!
