As an owner of far too many Frahm jackets with another on the way, I feel am qualified to give an opinion here on both the quality of the jackets and the overall service. Once I got over the sizing (usually xl-xxl, but best Frahm size is 4xl)! I have loved everyone one that I ordered. I expect them all to last a very long time. Have they all been perfect? No. But if they weren’t for me or in one case needed a repair, then the customer service was quick and courteous with any issues resolved immediately. Are they expensive? Yes. But, at least so far, I feel that you get what you are paying for in terms of quality materials, manufacturing and design. The model of preorder doesn’t work for everyone and I do find it frustrating to wait so long, but it’s clear on the website how it works and once you have the first one I’d be surprised if you don’t go back for more

Have multiple products from Native Union, this one was a MagSafe battery pack, which performs well and looks great (very thin) attached to the phone. I have only had one issue with a product from NU and that was resolved and replaced without fuss. I would recommend them without reservation

Easy ordering and selection of sizes for the clear website. Boots are as I would expect from this premium brand. Need to wait for colder weather to test the shearling lining out properly though!

Excellent quality straps. I have now bought several of the fabric ones and they really change the feel of a watch. Seem like they will last for a long time so will be back for more. Next is a leather one, only question is which colour!

Took a while to take the plunge but now I can’t stop. Totally appreciate it’s a tough sell to put large sums of money down many months before the jacket is due to arrive, but your patience will be rewarded! The quality of everything I have ordered so far (3 shirts and 6 jackets) is exceptional and the range can take you from the depths of winter through to cool summer nights in the beer garden. Most recently the Thermal Parka raised the already high bar and is hands down the best winter jacket I have ever owned. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.

Really happy with the service. The medium fruit and veg box is perfect size for us (2 adults and 1 child). Great quality produce, delivered to the door each week and love that lots of perfectly good fruit and veg that would otherwise go to waste is being enjoyed.
