I booked an engineer to repair my fridge of a fridge freezer. Became 2 days later and said I needed parts, I waited another13 days to receive a message that he would call that day and the parts would be £231. While waiting for this notification I arranged for a local engineer to come as I needed a fridge. He ordered the parts and showed me the receipt for the parts which were £135. I had pais a call out fee of£79 to Go Assist already and have now been told I will have to pay another £50 call out as I cancelled. Not a good company to trust.

I spoke to Claire who was very professional and helpful arranging a callout engineer for my fridge freezer. I have now taken appliance insurance with the company. The engineer hasn’t been yet, however if they are as efficient and friendly as Claire I will be very happy.

I received my sideboard within the time stated and it is stunning. It took a couple of hours to put together but WOW it was worth it. I had to contact the company by email to ask a question and received a very prompt, professional response. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful furniture.

Exactly what I ordered. Came in 2 days, however, the postage being more than the very light underlay cost makes it expensive. Cheaper at local shops.
