At the end of the process you get a summary of what you've said so you have another opportunity to amend things if necessary. As a longstop, your policy schedule includes a statement of all the facts you've revealed so you can be sure you haven't missed anything out. This is also very useful when renewing the following year as a sort of starting checklist. With any luck something might have improved and can be removed. If, unfortunately something else has arisen, you can add it it on easily.
