I have had the front and rear view dash-cam for 4 years and has not been any problem. I recently damaged the part that is inserted into the cigarette lighter. I contacted the company by email and received an immediate reply stating the a replacement part would be forward immediately.

Booked over phone. Not a long wait. Agreed a date and approx. time with agent. (it was not an emergency).
Got a call from Ryan on day telling me he was on the way. Arrived, assessed job, explained clearly what was needed and intended. Got on with the job and cleaned up afterward.
Nice personable man. very pleaaseedd with him and job.

Straightforward parking. 10 minutes from port and up to £40.00 cheaper than port parking.
Drove in, unloaded cases into their vehicle and off to port.
Return just as good. Phoned the company, 10 minutes later collected.
Excellent.

Tried to book online. Completed to payment. Entered card details and failure notice given. Tried again. Same result. Contacted my card provider who informed me everything was in order with my card and there were sufficient funds to cover my purchase.
Phoned your company in order to ascertain what was wrong. AMERICAN EXPRESS. he tells me you no longer accept it. The icon for AMEX is on your payment site, including the ability to give the unusual 4 digit code. What a waste of time. I then asked if he would complete the booking on my behalf. He agreed and at the end said it was an extra £20.00 for him completing the process. I told him to forget it and that I would go back to the site and book with a different card. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. WHO RUNS YOUR SYSTEMS!!!

I have previously used this company and found their products excellent value for money. My prescription is quite basic so cannot comment on the more challenging prescriptions.
The delivery is timely and I cannot find any fault with service I have received on this or previous orders.

The booking process is quite straightforward. I had one query regarding excesses but the e-mail was returned within 24 hours and answered satisfactorily.
Lets hope the pickup goes as smoothly.

An excellent package was sorted for a one month holiday tour. No faults throughput.

The glasses were, as a result of the promotion excellent value for money. The lower priced frames seem a little "delicate". If paying full price I would opt for slightly more expensive frames.
But as stated a good deal and I am very pleased with what I received.
