I can't give -5 stars.My wife went to purchase refurb phone on monthly rental basis,she's been accepted and charged £18,99 as first payment out of 12 months.
An hour later she got a message that order cancelled,she went customer service chat where they've stated flagged as fraudulent activity and she should try again.MusicMagpie did a hard check without notification and now she's rejected on any application coz of them.
Seems the company it's using very dodgy techniques since the card has been charged the full rental amount prior credit check,it would've been acceptable if no charge or minimal charge would've been applied before credit.We will refer this matter to respective authority since it seems they're accusing people of fraudulent activity when they are the one who are acting as such.We definitely advise for this company not to be rated as trustworthy and to stay away in dealing with them.We will definitely refer this company to higher authority since their approach it's damaging customer credibility for no reason.STAY AWAY!!!

I've been ordering materials from Metals4u for few years now and quite happy with product,price and delivery. Now,on my last order about 2 weeks ago,I've received the materials wrapped in foil,as usually,I put them in my workshop not to get wet since rust can develop easily on mild steel. 3 days ago I've removed the foil just to discover that the metal was badly affected by rust and I've called the company to complain about it.At the beginning,the customer service representative blamed me for the damage,I've sent photos of where it was store and so on,in same day they arranged delivery of damaged lot which arrived yesterday with no traces of rust and am very happy about new lot.We did asked the driver if needs to collect the damaged ones and he said his instructions are drop off only.Long story short,I was disappointed at first but after all,they went extra mile to solve the problem and this being said, I will definitely continuing to do business with them and recommend them as very professional company.
