Bad to Good
Moved into our flat in August and have tried to contact Remus on a number of occasions regarding being billed for the maintenance charge on the block. Firstly it took over 50 days to reply to my email to which I replied to immediately and never received a reply to that. I then phoned them in early January and the lady on the phone was very helpful took all the details and told me she would need to get someone from another department to call me back which would be in the next few days. February now and absolutely nothing from Remus. When we bought the flat they were horrendous to get information from and that has continued. How they are allowed to get away with this kind of service is shocking. Just read all the negative reviews! Their scripted replies are unhelpful and give a couldn't careless attitude. Remus are you really happy with your Trustpilot score?
Credit where credit is due Holly sorted this out within 24 hours. It was a pleasure to deal with her. If only the company followed her lead things would improve massively. Thank you Holly.
