Bad to Good

Moved into our flat in August and have tried to contact Remus on a number of occasions regarding being billed for the maintenance charge on the block. Firstly it took over 50 days to reply to my email to which I replied to immediately and never received a reply to that. I then phoned them in early January and the lady on the phone was very helpful took all the details and told me she would need to get someone from another department to call me back which would be in the next few days. February now and absolutely nothing from Remus. When we bought the flat they were horrendous to get information from and that has continued. How they are allowed to get away with this kind of service is shocking. Just read all the negative reviews! Their scripted replies are unhelpful and give a couldn't careless attitude. Remus are you really happy with your Trustpilot score?
Credit where credit is due Holly sorted this out within 24 hours. It was a pleasure to deal with her. If only the company followed her lead things would improve massively. Thank you Holly.

Excellent company

Excellent company. Ordered a child car seat which was the best price around for that particular seat. Easy ordering and very quick delivery. Would definitely use again.

Not Good Enough P&O

We booked a 7 night Fjords cruise aboard Britannia. We booked 3 inside cabins. Because 2 of the cabins were for our daughters and their partners, one with a child of 9 months old and one with a 7 month old and a 2 year old they were allocated rooms to supposedly to accommodate children of this young age. The cabins allocated were not fit for purpose. What is the point of allocating a cabin with pull down beds with ladders for children of this age! So one cabin had a travel cot and the other had 2 travel cots so you can imagine how cramped and actually very unsafe it was if they needed to get out quick. We spoke to the reception staff who were completely unhelpful and unwilling to help. We also complained to P&O customer service on our return. After a month we had a call from P&O and once again they were unhelpful and unwilling to help in anyway. They do the least they can and try and pass the buck. They MAY write a scripted reply to this review and do nothing as expected. I have travelled regularly with P&O in the last 2 years and the service and quality of their cruises continues to decline. They try to blame the booking agent if you do not book direct with them but it is them that allocate the rooms not the agent so do your job and supply the service you are being paid for. The cruise market is now very saturated so there is plenty of choice and the only way to make these companies improve is to take your custom elsewhere which is what I intend to do. As expected a scripted reply that will do nothing to change my opinion on P&O.

Cheapest Option £76.49 for 4 days!

The Parking procedure is absolutely fine. The transfers too and from the car park are horrendous. They ram as many people on the buses as they can and there is luggage everywhere. picking up your car is a lottery, if you are one of the first off the bus you will get your keys fairly quickly if not you will be in a long queue. Also lacking in customer service skills at the collection desk. Politeness and manners cost nothing. Finally the cost for parking at Bristol airport is outrageous even here at Silver Zone but it was the cheapest. I will be looking to fly from an alterative airport in future.

Easy online service and good priced tyres. Only criticism was National Tyres moaning they have to much to do and Tyreshopper don't allow for this.This should not be aimed at the customer but Tyreshopper.

OUTRAGEOUS ADMIN CHARGES BEWARE!

This company doesn't make money from its insurance but make a fortune from outrageous admin charges so beware when you get a cheap quote. £14.95 for changing anything whether you change it or them. and anything up to £79.95 for cancelling. I cancelled after 2 days into the 14 day cooling off period and my policy had not even started and was charged £25. This is just legalised theft. I wouldn't touch this company again and will complain to the financial ombudsman because these charges are completely out of proportion and unreasonable.

I booked two rooms but when we checked in to the hotel only one booking had been received from Onhotels. We were after sometime given the second room by the hotel who said they were full.

Thanks for the review Shaun. We have double checked and we sent the reservation for the 2 rooms as you requested.So it seems it was a problem from the hotel selling more rooms than the one available. Glad to hear they could accommodate the 4 of you at the end.
