An excellent radiator, just what I was looking for. Great heat output and looks good.
One thing. The delivery.
I was advised delivery was for later in the morning.
An early 8 am doorbell found the package by the front door. No delivery guy around !
The end's of the box damaged and partly open. The inside was well packaged and produced was fine.
What happened? Why didn't he wait?

From entering the showroom which was bright and welcoming, my wife and I received a greeting from a member of staff.
We opted to have a look around first and then asked a member of staff about the bathroom fittings.
He was very pleasant and professional, guiding us to the products we required. After choosing the right shower unit and sink we then went through the process of paying, which was straightforward and even had an added bonus of a further discount for ordering and paying then.
All in all a good experience at a great price and we look forward to receiving our order.

Arriving for us had a few problems, we used Google maps (they are out of date) instead of the satnav and went round in circles before we found car park 2. Use your Satnav.
Other than that, it was straightforward. Code recognized, disc issued. Parking spaces were limited though and we had to cruise the site looking for one. Buses only a few minutes wait, great. I think a small shelter would be a good idea if it was raining though and the area would be better if it was tarmac.
