I had various issues, none of which were insurmountable and Rusty was on hand with help and advice every step of the way. Hopefully one or more of my observation will help someone somewhere.

First, if you receive nothing check your spam, my overactive security decided to send all their communications to the ISP’s spam folder. It didn’t even make it to my email client’s junk. Not sure why, but this only came to light when I chased the order. Secondly, you need to be logged in to Google to download the file. It would not download otherwise. You will also need winrar (as per the instructions). The file I downloaded had a different name to the one stated but I chose to ignore this and proceed, which turned out to be the correct decision.

Having sorted all that out I was starting to lose the will to go on only to discover my USB stick had a glitch and needed reformatting again. Computer says ‘no’.

After that it was all systems go and the update worked perfectly. Rusty probably thought he was dealing with a true incompetent rather than someone with many years’ computer experience but he stayed patient and was always quick to respond.

I have been a customer of Majestic for many years and have no issues with the quality of the wine. If I was reviewing just the stores, the staff, and the product the review would be 5 stars. But every time I try to use the website a nightmare unfolds. This is nothing new! You obviously employ incompetent IT personnel or IT personnel who don't care, or maybe it's the system. Please don't ask me to outline what happens, simply get 10 or so individuals to independently place orders and report back with the results.

Absolutely great customer service coupled with an excellent website and very quick shipping and delivery. I only wish I needed more magnets.

Having heard my wife continually complain about the website I decided to place an order myself. My item sat proudly in the basket, but could I get it to leave the basket and wing it's way to me? Absolutely, no way could I. I had to log in, then I had to log in and after that I had to log in again etc etc!! I am working on the assumption someone from Boots reads these reviews. Well, we can't all be wrong so why not try working on the issues raised by so many people.

Our second order with ProCook. In both instances for Granite cookware. Excellent well made solid product, very well packaged with speedy efficient delivery.

Third year we have used UK Logs Direct. Easy to use web site and easy to follow and accurate delivery instructions. Add to that the fact the Pini Kay Oak logs give out a great heat and what's not to like.

I needed to replace a load of cable and an aerial and fit a couple of splitters. Found ATV's web site and am pleased I did. Not only is the site informative but their cable, connectors, face plates and other accessories are top quality. There is no comparison between what ATV supply and what you can waste your money on in an out of town shed.
