Review of Michael Murphy Home Furnishing
I ordered a dining table and sofa from this company and both times they have been an absolute dream to deal with. I was initially attracted by the website - comprehensive, easy to navigate, lots of images and information about the products. It took a while for the stock to become available after my order, but I was told this before making it. There was great communication throughout - every email was answered promptly and queries were responded to. Delivery drivers were also very courteous and professional and arrived when they said they would. Delighted with the quality of the furniture on both occasions. Definitely my go-to furniture shop.

Really easy online ordering process and the contact lenses arrived quickly and well packaged. If I had one gripe it would be the choice of courier; - locally to me, it's the one that invariably and repeatedly chucks my stuff on the doorstep of a house that isn't mine. I'd gladly forgo the free postage for a choice of courier!
Review of Sportsdirect.com
The products and service were great, but the overall positive experience of shopping with Sports Direct is consistently marred by their choice of courier. Every single time, my order is delivered to an address that isn't mine, more often than not dumped outside a vacant property. This makes the experience arduous - I have to watch out for likely delivery dates and then go trawling the area to see if I can find my parcel. I've had to claim for missing items in the past and I can't fault Sports Direct - replacements were sent with no bother at all - but the experience is really offputting.

Took literally forever to arrive. I ordered two, one small one large. The small one is fine, but the large one has large deep scratches on both sides of the glass. Sent an email to complain, but unsurprisingly didn't receive any response. I bought this on a whim and didn't really expect much, so no surprise.
Review of Ubersuggest
So I'm ten days in, so the results at the moment are a work in progress, but I'm very impressed. I've been battling with this stuff for a while using various tools and analytics - my website has 'improved' by all the metrics, but I've still not been getting nearly enough traffic or conversions. In a little over a week, Ubersuggest has given me absolute focus and actionable steps. I was ranking for keywords that weren't relevant or simply don't get any traffic (and actually paying advertisers for that privilege). Now, I have a much narrower field of view in terms of keywords and my ranking for those keywords has gone up exponentially (e.g. from about page 8+ of Google to page 2 for my most valuable keyword). There's still a lot to do and it's not for the faint-hearted - the recommended actions can be a bit overwhelming. But at least it proves you can start anywhere and get short as well as long-term results.

Bought masks for the family - they are pricy but the quality and choice is not bad. They took ages to arrive and they are all way too small, despite me using the measuring guidance. For child read toddler, for small adult read child (pre-teen). Based on my experience, the large adult size would be required for most people.
Hi there thank you for your reply, I do not have an account number, but my order numbers were VPM_V5K660HT (2 small adult - too small) and VPM_1GB5CDLC (3 large adult (fine), 2 small adult (too small) and 1 child (too small).

It's quite complicated to get started, but once you have everything set up, it's mostly ok for ease of use on a day to day basis. The functions are quite siloed, so if you want to move from one perspective of a particular transaction to another, there's no shortcut - you have to stop what you're doing and navigate there, back and try to pick up where you left off. Whilst there's rafts of material online in relation to queries, it's quite generic - there's not much context sensitive help, and I definitely don't think it's one for a complete accounting / bookkeeping beginner.
The reporting is not that flexible in terms of content and layout and they are quite clunky to run - but there are a very wide range of reports and it is possible to download most of them in PDF or CSV. But I would like the option to run more bespoke reports.
Human errors are really easy to make and not that easy to correct automatically, so without an understanding of what's going on accounting-wise, you can get pretty stuck, or even make further irreversible errors while you're at it.
I've been using it for over 18 months, but recently certain critical reports that are generated via pdf have become misaligned and are missing data - there's absolutely no way to adjust this within the software. I found my 'Customer support' experience dismissive and condescending, so on the back of everything else, I'll definitely be moving my subscription elsewhere at the first opportunity, despite the obvious migration effort that will be involved.

I used this in a bit of an emergency, my husband was working in Nigeria in a fairly remote location and found himself short of credit. In less than 15 mins, I had managed to pass him phone credit on MTN from ireland. Been a while since the Internet has been this cool!
