I have been buying from Cosy Aromas almost from when they started out. Their wax melts are fabulous. Great quality soy wax and the fragrances last a very long time. Good choice of fragrances as well.
This little Company also make Home Fragrance products. Carpet Fresheners and Room Sprays. Oils as well for diffusers. Their Bath and Body products are amazing.
Cosy Aromas have great customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. Queries and problems are dealt with immediately and efficiently.
Cosy like to include their customers in the business as much as possible. Lots of online interaction by way or the Facebook Community Group or Live online events.
Almost a family atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend Cosy Aromas for wax melts and other Home fragrances. They are second to none.

I had a problem with a power bank not charging properly. Emailed anker support and they very quickly replied with a few questions for me. I gave them all the information they needed and also included photos/videos.
Very quickly they replied that they would replace the faulty charger. Even asked me if I would mind a different colour as mine was out of stock.

It’s a lovely surprise each month. Four new wax melts to try before they go on general sale. Also exclusive melts just for VIP members, I can’t fault their customer service 5 star. They have now branched out into bath and body products and room sprays and oils. Top notch for quality and scents. They also have an online Face Book Community.
