Beautiful flowers but so much non-recyclable plastic

Beautiful flowers in a nice cardboard box, but so much non-recyclable plastic!
Two plastic sheets, a plastic water retainer, two plastic sachets of food, a plastic 'flower' on a stick and a plastic 'dragonfly'. Why when the flowers are so lovely do you put in these things? They're unnecessary and pollute the planet. Surely you could use paper and a recyclable plastic container for the watering gel?

No response from after sales

Accidentally bought the wrong case. Have emailed now for 2 weeks with no response. Just want to send it back and buy the correct case.

Sent the wrong disc (correct box and sleeve)

Contacted them through the site but heard nothing (despite it opening a ticket with them. Contacted again a week later, quoting original ticket number but still nothing...
Site says that I can return to a shop, but they can't exchange and that contacting is the method I should use.

Great products at even better prices

Have ordered bulbs to replace almost all the bulbs in my house - quite a few as it turned out! Their prices are fantastic, products look great and perform well - all EU approved. Really pleased. Takes a while for them to arrive, but given the price I don't mind waiting.
