Francis was endlessly patient with my questions, very good at getting back to me and sent quotes etc through incredibly promptly. Would recommend.

So far had brilliant service from this company, very efficient at getting quotes over, artwork sorted out etc. Vanessa was really great at sorting out a minor design issue for us and getting everything checked and ready to print. Hoping the banners we've ordered are just as good as their service so far.

Correct items arrived extremely promptly, well packaged and lovely colours.

Guildford branch fixed my completely wrecked phone screen in an hour. Friendly, professional service, great that I could book online and know the price upfront before I got in the car. They also do a discount for a second device. 1st time in 20+yrs I'd trashed a phone so v relieved it was so easily repaired. Recommended.

Really nice bar stools, good quality, well packed and on time and have already survived assault by mushroom soup (liquidiser explosion) and muddy cat paws with a bit of quick sponging. Prob need to get some stain protection spray!

Really nice doors, and very good communication. Actually got to speak to a real person and gave me good advice as well. Very good updating regarding timescales and delivery.

People in 2 depots I went to very friendly. Website worked well and process of click and collect smooth and efficient. Only let down was wrong address given for their Reading Woodley branch in collection email, (had wrong unit no.) which had me driving past it into wrong part of industrial estate. If you are collecting from there it is jammed next to Screwfix at the front. They need to fix this as it's a stupid error and annoying and I felt like an idiot for having driven past it without seeing it.

50p per hour on sign - extremely misleading, when actually you're charged £1.10. The fact that is a service charge etc is in such tiny writing on high up signs, no reasonable person could be expected to see them. I have warned other people in my neighbourhood about this bunch of cr**ks.

Haven't ordered from them but Liam Foster answered my query by going to the manufacturer for me and getting back to me promptly. Hopefully means that they probably have good customer service

The real test of an insurance company is not the ease of buying, it's the handling of an actual claim. I had car write off and reckon Admiral was extremely good. Lots of communication, after assessing that they were liable to pay out, badgered me about giving a hire car/cash equivalent and paid Autotrader market value for the car without haggling. It did take time and we have a 2nd car which helped so maybe I'd have had an issue with the delay after the accident to be able to access a hire car if I'd been completely without transport early on after the accident. Have reinsured new car with them.

I was in when this was delivered to our "safe place", the driver only had to knock. Our safe place isn't outside our garage on our drive in the rain. It's inside our open porch. No card was left. I know they are time pressured and I really think this is Yodel's fault for not paying them enough for each delivery, not the driver's. They should pay them more per delivery, the owners are billionaires!!!

Absolutely useless, unusable, frustrating website. Design will force people not wanting to leave a review to leave fictitious ones. Previously seemed better and was very useful in explaining the weirdest interview I've ever had.

Good communication parcel arrived in good condition.

I'd looked at some poor reviews so had a few reservations about this company but my son really liked the design of the bed and it was very reasonably priced. Everything went well and he's delighted with it. It came with all the right fixings, is a really nice colour/finish, is very sturdy and came on the day they said it would (pain you have to wait in all day would be my only gripe). My son insisted I leave a good review as otherwise you get an unfairly negative opinion from only seeing the cases where things went wrong.

Was worried about this delivery as the Paypal confirmation said "thank you for your order from FootAsylum" - the company I'd been trying to avoid as has awful reviews on TrustPilot! But Trainers arrived on time, nicely packed in correct size, colour, style so all in all a good transaction. 1 happy teenager. I had thought their websites looked eerily similar - should have read the t's and c's as it's mentioned there. Maybe it's only dissatisfied customers who can be bothered to review.

These guys couldn't have been more helpful in trying to make up for the fact that I'd left everything until the last minute! They turned round my sticker order super fast and got them to me days ahead of my deadline. I was incredibly impressed especially as they were excellent value too and the stickers arrived extremely well packed. They are very responsive and helpful and I will definitely contact them again should I need anything printing. Thank you Linda and Martin.
