How to loose a customer, save a few quid and waste a lot of every bodies time

1) Sell them two packs of Morrisons own mushrooms that are well within their sell by date but turn out to be old bruised and inedible. Therefore wasting the customers time trying to cook them and ruining a planned meal.
2) Provide an online complaints form that has several time wasting flaws and don't ask for all the information you need.
3) Ask for the remaining information (a receipt) a few days later when it has been lost.
Ignore that the product was Morrisons own brand, that photographs were provided and that the visit used the Morrisons-more card, ignore the sale of goods act and instead repeatedly insist on the receipt according to your unreferenced T&C's. Tell the customer "please know that your comments are still being taken seriously".

Misleading website quote

I was purchasing a single trip travel insurance and offered an annual insurance price as well as the single trip. This looked attractive so I selected this option only to find out later that sports activity level-2 I had selected for the single trip wasn't included.

A supplier is only as good as the…

A supplier is only as good as the weakest link in the supply chain, in this case the delivery and delivery information. Having unexpected delays and having to unnecessarily disrupt other plans waiting for a delivery that didn't happen is a poor experience. Relegated to my suppliers of last resort.

I'm with asda mobile but vodaphone…

I'm with asda mobile but vodaphone provide the services now. This is just appallingly bad service. I've contacted them many times to try to resolve issues through their various channels. The customer service agents promise solutions to problems but claim they are powerless and will get their manager to resolve the issue like make a refund but nothing ever got resolved I just lost the money I was promised would be refunded and they wasted a lot of my time.

Sorry, we don't really have your glass

I booked a glass fitting appointment online with Autoglass as my insurance provider I cancelled a hiking trip to support this. I received a confirmation email that the glass was available but not an email confirmation of the appointment. I had read that I would get email confirmation of the the time on the day of the appointment but didn't. After several attempts to contact Autoglass through various channels I learned they hadn't actually got the glass and had to order it, somebody should have called me to notify me but hadn't. The person I spoke to was helpful and acknowledged the error. I'm extremely annoyed with Autoglass. Their processes are clearly flawed for example to send emails confirming glass is available without a check to confirm, then to relying on other processes to correct when it isn't true is worse than amateurish.
Update: Autoglass contacted me and have acknowledged and apologized for the problem. I was offered and accepted £20 compensation to close the issue, not really compensation but I appreciated the gesture and accepted. They sourced and obtained the replacement glass faster than expected. The fitting went without any further issues.

Terrible click and collect and customer support

Made a click and collect order before store opening. The order claimed to be ready within an hour after opening. After 3 hours I hadn't got a collect notification. tried to call the store several times; no reply. Called head office after a long wait said I should get notification by 5pm. I need to travel 12miles to collect the order. How am I supposed to organise my valuable weekend around this service? I won't be making the journey without notification. I did that last time to discover the item wasn't in stock as claimed. A wasted long journey.

New current account frustrations.

I've just opened a current account using the app seemed easy enough but then I started discovering the limitations that aren't made clear until they stop you doing what you need to do:
I transferred some money into the account. I tried to set up some payees to sent it to, it wouldn't let me. Not even myself. Chat sent me to a phone call that said I would need to wait 4 days and have received my bank card or go to a branch to get at it.
When I got my card and the payee block was cleared I set myself up as a payee but was limited to sending myself £2000.
I tried to set up another of my accounts as another payee but was told I couldn't because there was a maximum of £2000 per day to new payees.
All extremely frustrating and time wasting.
Wrote a complaint but was sent round the houses again, it wasn't accepted and was given a number to call.
I still can't access my account online yet because I need the PINentry facility and it still says it needs up to 4 before it can be used.
Update: My account is now up and running. On a positive note I've set up a payment to crypto exchange, to get this approved I was called by Barclays Security and it was probably the best experience possible compared with Halifax security with whom I've had the worst possible experiences.

An independent news source with potential

Some good content but with a tendency to be too heavy on platforming opinions like ranting about capitalism in a way that I think is just preaching to their flock and likely to alienate questioning people from their cause. I think content that identifies more specific problems and offered alternatives to them like accepting that capitalism can work well in places and taking a more helpful stance of identifying where it isn't working and calling on experts to propose well considered practical changes with the supporting theory would make the content more appealing to people who lives are unavoidably entrenched in the existing systems that they don't agree with, but its all they have and fear loosing. Politics, climate and equality are a mess but I think they can be fixed without calling for a revolution that seems to threaten to make victims of people who aren't that badly off. I think almost everybody can benefit from a much more equal long term focused society but those people needs to be shown how they will be protected in the transition or they won't support the cause.

Far worse than just time wasters.

Given a choice of options to buy hair clippers from I chose this company. I made an order for £73, lookagain.co.uk took immediate credit card payment 4 days later on the day of the delivery the company cancelled my order by which time all other suppliers had sold out of the product I wanted and all comparable alternatives. I'm so angry with this company! Now I need to try and get a refund.

Supplier canceled the order on expected delivery day

Supplier canceled the order on expected day of deliver. I ordered some other parts to support this purchase. The prices of the unit from other suppliers I looked at have significantly increased from when I placed this order. Guess what? I'm not happy.

We are sorry to inform you that the De'Longhi Pinguino PAC N87 Portable Air Conditioning Unit - RETURNED UNIT, GRADE B is currently out of stock. We have been advised by our supplier that they have no accurate lead time on when they can expect more stock and there is no suitable alternative.

We have no choice but to have your order cancelled and have the full refund processed. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
