I'm very upset

I'm very upset. This company signed me up for a subscription that I did not want and don't need. I never asked for this or bought it. They are fraudulently signing people up without our permission. I have two payments for 18 Euros that I just discovered they took money from my account without me knowing. BEWARE of this company. I'm just now trying to get my money refunded.

I give up on Zelle

I give up on Zelle. They are impossible. I will never go near them again. I am having repeated denials of my attempts to send money when I have plenty of money in my account. What is their problem?

Does Not Recognize My New Prescription

I have uploaded a new prescription twice and both times I have received a confirmation from this company that the new prescription is good and is recorded on your site. Every time I go to buy some new contacts, their website will only display the old prescription. I have telephoned their office and spoke with someone who said she has fixed the problem. It is still not fixed.
I don't understand why they cannot update my prescription. They emailed me and said that they had updated it but it's not.
Now I am afraid to buy new lenses from them because they will probably arrive at my home with the old prescription.
It looks like the only way I can get new contact lenses is to buy them from another company. Too bad. Such an easy problem to fix.

Dreamhost Has Great Customer Support

I've been a Dreamhost customer for a long time. They host my many websites. Their customer support is excellent and fast. When I recently accidentally deleted my entire blog, the support team got it taken care right away. Very happy with them.

Advertise $1 but charge more!

They advertise $1 for all their products but charged me $97 when ordered. I got one item. When I contact customer service, I get no response. There is no phone number. Will ask my credit card company to deny the purchase.
