Group booking of 8 people and Tui…

Group booking of 8 people and Tui decide that 1 of the group should sit 17 rows from the group. I appreciate they will say pay for guaranteed seats together but this sort of scenrio is really very poor on there part. We are flying Wednesday and have used Tui many times perhaps this will be the last time

Reply from Tui is as expected - they have split up a married couple and just come back with the book in advance. Why should we have to pay £46 each so that as a married couple we can sit together. I think your 'tactics' to make more moneyt are terrible and now on Wednesday I will be makning my point very clear at check in - LAST TIME I BOOK WITH TUI

We always endeavour to seat customers together when checking in online, but if seats haven’t been pre-booked, allocations are made at check-in on a first-come, first-served basis and depend on the remaining availability. To guarantee that your group can sit together, we would recommend pre-booking seats in advance for future flights.

Blocking on line purchase!

Earlier this year I had fraud on my account when purchasing through ON and sorted this. Today I have tried to purchase 2 sets of trainers and ON will not allow me to and have blocked my address. This is completely unreasonable and unjustifiable!

Terrible company

This company tell you one thing and then do something else. They will debit the fee from your account and if you ask for it back take up to 10 days to process this. I will never use them again, avoid at all cost.

BT ARE A SHAMBOLIC COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely shambolic company!! Dealing with my brother in law’s account who has severe learning difficulties and they cannot find my authority to act on his behalf. I have dealt with his account for 20 years. When you speak to them they do not show any empathy at all and just say tough!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ON LINE

Do not buy on line from this company. This is my second recent post. They have allowed my confidential details to be past to a third party and breached GDPR rules. I will be taking my complaint to the ICO on the 14 February which is 1 month after I raised my complaint. They use staff that do not care at all and come back with no response which is of any help. They are an absolute sham!!!!

Where do I start

Where do I start. I recently purchased 2 pairs of trainers from ON and set up an account with them. Two weeks later my data is compromised and I have numerous pairs of trainers being ordered through my account using my credit card. No apology from ON and no response almost 2 weeks later. They have no GDPR rules and I will never order anything from them again!

You pay for a service and get nothing….

You instruct a firm and ask for them to act promptly for you and they then procrastinate and do basically absolutely nothing. Do not use this firm in Trowbridge as they are completely unresponsive to multiple requests for them to send 1 email which in the end will probably cost me a lot of money due to the delay they have caused….

Lack of understanding is not helpful.

Really disappointed with the lack of empathy from one member of staff at the shop. Having waited basically a month for some tiles to be delivered from overseas the lack of response and the abrupt way I have been spoken to is disappointing. We have spent a lot of money in the store and hoped they would be more understanding of the tight deadline we have. Prior to this the shop in Swindon had been great but it only takes one bad experience and a poor attitude to ruin this!

Terrible company

After a few weeks wait shirts arrived and they do not fit at all and in fact one was completely the wrong size. I have emailed the service team in order to return the items and no reply which is not at all impressive!! I will not use this company ever again....
