I recently popped in with my family to purchase a few bits before our Bank Holiday weekend away during a very busy period. We were served by Tania who was fantastic. She was polite, efficient and quite a character. My 3 year old daughter loved the interaction with her, it was lovely to involve her in the transaction. We had a minor issue of an item included as part of a daysack was missing, but she sorted it out straight away without fuss.
Tania really is an ideal person to have serving the customers, her bubbly character and friendly demeanour makes her a credit to the company. We look forward to visiting again, thank you.

Top quality and good value products, delivered quickly and efficiently by the friendly and courteous staff. These guys are top draw, I can't recommend them enough. My parents even put an order in so they can take it back to Devon when they visit us. I can't imagine going back to supermarket meat, you just can't beat the quality or the price.

Although the products are ok the service is not, it took me weeks to resolve an issue with a damaged fascia. I agreed to a partial refund in the end but had to chase it several times and threatened to get my credit card company involved. I'm fairly easy going but this hassle got me pretty wound up.

Always top service and quality products, I'm so pleased we now have a trusted meat supplier for our family.

Absolute rip off merchants. I got a quote for a car I was thinking of buying hours later but when I went to look at the car, all of the quotes miraculously increased by £40! Funny that! The insurer blames GoCompare, GoCompare blame the insurer, I'm stuck in the middle. Absolutely disgusting. I was told I was free to get another quote, but this was easier said than done when I was in a rural location with hardly any phone signal while viewing the car... there was me, thinking I was doing the right thing getting a quote ready before viewing the car. This quote also came via a forces discount offer, I've since learned that is a complete joke too!!

When my speaker stands arrived they had a damaged base but it was sorted straight away with no fuss. My email was answered in only a few minutes and I even had a reply on a Sunday. Very good customer service from Liam. Thank you.

I ordered this head unit after using Alpine for years. The price seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't. It arrived a lot quicker than I thought and when it arrived, I wasn't disappointed. This is a great unit, I've toyed with DAB but it's never quite as reliable as factory fit so this was just what I needed. Using it in conjunction with the Alpine VTuner app, this is easy to use, the various connection methods make it versatile and it simply looks great. Alpine have done it again, I'd recommend it to anyone.
