Not only are they sending spam using my private email address without permission, but they've also subscribed me to all their worthless service's newsletters. This company is absolutely misurable (as you can see from the other reviews here).
Auto top-up does not work again So, the same situation keeps repeating despite promises of support's staff and writing here. The agent who answers here (or just AI) tells everytime to write a special email which I did and did but they dont care to answer. One time I was speaking on the phone help - the woman who was rude one, did not listen and cut my comm several times. So she assured me that the situation was fixed and Auto-top up works.
In my account it is setted up that should happen auto top-up when balance is up to 10 dkk and should top up 100 dkk. But... Again the same pattern - my balance now is 3,25 dkk and I can not make phone calls. Though all settings are still on, auto top-up obviously did not happen. I did not receive any notification that my balance was lower than 10 dkk. I chatted with hopeless chat-bot Mia who also "assured" me that top up now on, but on account is still 3 dkk. I dont understand - do you have auto top-up service or it is just imitation? Can you fix it already? I want thi service work as you promised. --------------------- Update 27.08.2025 Even here on Trustpilot Lycamobile repeats the same pattern - they giving the email address and asking to write to them all the data of situation and never care to answer or do something. So there is no real support service, just an imitation.

Delivery was delayed and after while was failed to delivery home. Instead to put parcel to the local nearest service point they sent the parcel to another end of city. I see no logic and careless attitude. I never have problems with other carrier companies that they sent boxes so faraway, but only with Postnord, they have long pattern of behavior to do so.
I got a SPAM on my email address from this company promoting their whatever they do or propose, I even don't know what. I just know that I did not give them my private data and permission to use it. And of course I will never look seriously on company which reach new peole by using SPAM.

I also did not have any notification that my balance lower than 10 dkk. What then the reason to propose your cutomers choose auto top-up if nothing works as expected?? Tired already to wait when Lycomobile will take responsibility for their service and site. Why does auto top-up keeps to not work? ---------- Update I worte to you as you asked to your private channel and nobody was answering, my issue was not handled. On the top of it - the same situation happened again in December 2024. Autotopup did not work and account run out of money (despite of it setted up that autotopup happens when I have 10 dkk left). You send me your spam everyday, but is it so difficult to answer and fix issue???

PostNord did not deliver parcel to me. They wrote to me that the parcel was broken and I have to figure out myself with a sender what to do. Sender was thinking that it was me who returned the parcel because Postnord did not inform the sender clearly that it is THEY who returned the parcel but not me, so the sender automatically refunded money to me. So I lost time and did not get the order I was waiting for. However, if Postnord could send the parcel back to the sender so they could send it to me as well, but they choosed the most complicated, confusing solution.
Postnord does not have normal customer service where you can make feedback or contact them, so they making super difficult for people to sort out things or complain. They creating the problems and confused all lines but did not take any responsibility for it.
I very happy with my delivery by Burd! When I order something in online shop to delivery by Burd it is always coming almost instantly! I did the order in Matas yesterday evening and got my order tonight, less than 24h with sms and email informing. Thank you, carry on!
I was today buying in the SuperBrugsen Matthæusgade the toy (puffer ball) and forgot it on the kasse. Nobody told me "hey, you left the item" so I went home. Came back in 20 min with receipt and asked staff on the kasse. They send me to another person and then back and force and in the end refused to help to give me back the toy I paid for. Justification was that "they did not know and they did not see" though they could ask the person who was before on the kasse or look at the video camera. Careless, not human attitude with refused understanding and it is not honest. WIll not shoping there more.
This is froud company which uses illegal methods for promotion. I never heard about them and did not use their suspicious services but they stole my email address somewhere and without my permission sending SPAM, not only once. They even subscribed me to their ridiculous subscription (of course with no permission and asking).
DON'T believe their "positive" reviews on this site - look, they are done from new accounts which have mostly 1 review, it is fake. Read negative reviews - these are the real facts.

I have an active auto top-up function but it does not work for not the first time. In my Lycamobile account on the site I can not change settings of auto top-up. There it stays that auto top-up will happen when balance reaches 2 dkk. My balance is 3,79 dkk but Lycamobile blocks my ability to call despite my balance is higher than the call/sms charge and higher than the amount of 2 dkk which auto top-up demands. Lycamobile removed their email address from the site so you can only chat to useless robot or call them on work days. I chatted with a robot and it said that my "auto top-up is active now". Really, now?! So, it wasn't? But in my account it had all the time the status "active" however did not work. Anyway - nothing was changed, no top-up happened, balance still low. It is terrible that I have to waste my time on the things which should work automatically with no problem. This problem has existed for a long time, fix it already finally!

They sent me promo about their company without me personally giving them my email address or permission to use it. When I asked where they took my address they said then in regist of the salon companies, while I know that I marked there that not alowed to contact me with promo. When I looked on their site I saw that there only one type of prices, that means no difference between clients or professionals. So who cares then about this promo if this site has no discount for professionals? So it is wrong targeting, misleading contact and still - clear SPAM.
I never was giving permission to use my private data but have received SPAM from them with link on the site. It is anti-promo basically , would be good if they understand.

I ordered a mirror with magnitude of 15X, but they sent me a mirror with magnitude 10X, it stays clearly in the printed cheque and closed the invoice wich was included in the parcel. Beside of this abovr this mirror is bad quality of magnitude. I had I opened thicets 2 times amd they both times closed it without care to understand situation and reasonable explanations. Also on the site of Shein exists option "File complaint" which does not work, it does not let fill up one of the fields and send it. So it is just a fiction and misleading. Basically there is no more way to contact staff and communicate about problems, it takes a lot of time to make something to work correct. Poor complicated service, full of disappointemnt. --------------------------------- Update: Firstable - I use Shein on computer so your advises about App do not help. And second - I just wrote that I already opened 2 tickets and you careless closed them with no resonable explanations. You want me to do the same again and again? To get again automatic answer?

PostNord delivered parcel to my appartment but in the mail and app wrote that "delivered to your mailbox". I was fully confused because I did not have any parcel in the box. I was looking for another parcel and almost started to write a ticket for lost parcel. But incidentely found out what parcel they ment (they never write wich shop parcel from). This is irritating misleading, they must write truth from the beginning.
This time was too long delievry. I got the message when parcel will be delivered but in day of delivery it was changed to add some extra days (almost a week). --------------- Ok I just did not have any information. Whould be good give it in the message which says about delay

This can be due to several reasons such as if your parcel is too large or heavy, lack of access to your building or discrepancies in the information regarding your address. Due to one of these reasons, your parcel has been redirected to a daoShop, where you will be able to pick it up, as soon as you receive a notification regarding pick up.

Delivery was good and fast, was good informing about each step of this cycle via email and sms. The only thing I don't like when coming a query to rate the service there pointed only the order number but not a name of shop from where I got a delivery. When you make several orders from different shops it is very difficult to rate a service just by order number, without shop name. I asked GLS several times to put also shop name when they ask a rating but they ignore it.
