Better experience of click and collect this time, the order wasn't ready in the time the website said it would be, but it wasn't days and days like last time - I got the "come and collect it" message about 45 minutes after the store closed, helpfully.

Since my last click and collect the collection point has moved to a much more logical location near the tills rather than in the middle of the shop floor in front of the main entrance. Staff brought my order down very quickly this time, and the whole experience was much improved.

DPD are consistently the most reliable and professional of the courier companies who deliver to our household, and the regular courier is a helpful and friendly lady who takes exceptional care with parcels.

Simple ordering process that captured all the necessary information for the team to review without needing to contact me again.

Excellent prices for the items I needed, despatched and delivered quickly.

Whilst it was only a small order it couldn't have gone better - simple ordering process, painless payment and swift despatch and delivery.

There was a hiccup where some duplicate items were sent out to me and when I let HempHash know they very generously offered to let me keep them rather than returning them - a lovely early Christmas present!

I got a Curve account so I could use mobile payments on my Garmin smart watch (why they don't support mainstream banks in the UK is another story!) and I have been very impressed.

I don't use most of the features so I'm a basic plan customer and there have been ZERO fees in more than a year, no hidden costs at all - that's brilliant.

There are a host of features that could be useful to someone with multiple bank accounts or credit cards, and the ability to change which card a payment is charged to *after the payment* could be dead handy for many people.

The only warning I'd give is using it for contactless payments for fuel - unlike your debit card, the reserved amount (usually £100) takes a week to be released after payment of the correct total - your debit card is immediate once the full payment is taken.

Good quality cover at a better price than most, shame the website glitched out repeatedly when I attempted to set up the policy - it took five attempts and having to go back to Compare the Market and start the entire process from scratch before it would work.

Still, I had more hassle with my bank authorising the transfer to pay for the car than I did setting up the insurance!
