Fibre arrived wrapped carefully not crushed, and delivered safely by DPD. However if you want a quick delivery you may be disappointed as mine took a week from order to arrival.
The only negative thing I have with the WOW website is that I find it difficult to navigate. I have to use the website search facility to find exactly want I need

I ordered the Ashford Maintenance kit, unfortunately there was a an issue and the kit had to be returned. Katie was very apologetic and very quickly sent me another kit.
i have only given 4 stars because I had to return the original item

Great service. Bought a siemens computer for a family member. She is very happy with the product. Delivery was on the day requested despite a delay with the order.
Only hiccup was that they wouldn't delver to a domestic address, which caused a few problems. However this was quickly sorted once they realised I had paid with Paypal and the delivery was to a confirmed address. I am presuming that had i paid using another method that I would have had to cancel the order as I live a considerable distance from the family member and delivering in person was not an option.
Other than that issue would highly recommend
