From reviewing your booking, we found that our customer service team created the booking for you with pending successful payment since we encountered a problem processing your credit card. We did indeed inform you regarding the payment issue for you to resolve the issue; otherwise the booking would be released. Since the service was prepaid and you did not resolve the payment issue, we were forced to release the booking on the payment due date.
We hope we have been able to clarify how we process our rooms and the reason we had to release the booking.
