Poor customer service
Ordered a test on 18 June from LHCvbut cancelled it within hours due to my gp contacting me to say they would be happy to do it.
Cancelling wasn’t so easy but they eventually answered my email and agreed to refund me. After 3 more reminder emails from me they finally refunded me but only 70% of payment for the cancelled order on 7 August
As a result I felt extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and wouldn’t use them again or recommend them.
In response to the reply the kit was never posted or received - the order was cancelled leas than two hours after being placed.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Since this is a blood collection kit, it cannot be returned, as it would have to be safely disposed of in accordance with our protocols. Even if sealed, we are unable to resell it. As stated in our policy, we can refund your payment minus the kit cost of £5. We also require the sample ID to be removed from our system so it cannot be used again. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but this policy is in place to ensure safety and compliance.
