Poor customer service
Ordered a test on 18 June from LHCvbut cancelled it within hours due to my gp contacting me to say they would be happy to do it.
Cancelling wasn’t so easy but they eventually answered my email and agreed to refund me. After 3 more reminder emails from me they finally refunded me but only 70% of payment for the cancelled order on 7 August
As a result I felt extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and wouldn’t use them again or recommend them.
In response to the reply the kit was never posted or received - the order was cancelled leas than two hours after being placed.
