The dealership isn’t to be trusted at…

The dealership isn’t to be trusted at all! I purchased a car from them to be delivered. The car was delivered, with a scratch on it and dirty inside! We were promised 2 years service, 2 years MOT, 12 months breakdown cover and none of the above was fulfilled. I am now in a dispute with them through the complaints process and they are failing to respond to any messages and have just left us in limbo land!

They cancel the tax on the car before they sold it which meant that it was driven to me uninsured and remained uninsured whiles parked outside my house because there’s no tax on it!

Disgusting service!

Mixed review about the business as a whole.

I ordered over over 4 outfits from Missguided and none of them fits or even looks the same as on the images that I was shown online! This is highly deceiving and actually puts someone in a bad situation when trying to get an outfit ASAP.
However on the good side the next day deliveries in which I received was great as it came way before the 24 hours boundary.
