If I had to rate according to the first…
If I had to rate according to the first engineer they sent I would have given 0 star. The guy put silicon around the pipes and when I asked if it was silicon he lied and said it was a special sealing (it wasn’t). He obviously wanted to go home or finish for the day. Terrible attitude. He didn’t sort the problem as the leak didn’t stop, I called the company again asking NOT TO SEND HIM again. They send me Bartosz, who knew how to do his job and took the time to actually replace the damaged valve and finally stopped the leak. Bartosz was polite and professional and most importantly knew how to do his job. You don’t put silicone around a valve to stop a leak (in fact he had not stopped it).
Thank you Batosz for your professionalism and doing your job with care.

They are beyond terrible
They are beyond terrible. The email kept on giving you error when you try to contact them. They keep you waiting for more than 30 minutes and still you can’t talk to anyone and the tracking number is hand written and is not legible. How bad is that?
