I purchased a tyre for a motorcycle. I emailed to ensure that the tyre isn’t old stock. I’ve had no response. The tyre arrived today and it’s a year old. I don’t know where or how it has been stored.

Absolutely shocking. I can’t believe companies are able to trade when they behave so deplorably. I bought a phone for my daughter 10 days before Christmas and was assured delivery within 7 days. At day 6 I contacted quick mobile fix to check on delivery and was told delivery would be in January.
I cancelled order and told to wait 14 days for refund. No refund after more than a month. No answer to emails to customer service for over a week. Eventually had response stating refund would occur in 1 week. This never occurred. Only after I contacted debit card disputes did I eventually receive refund.

Just been scammed like everyone else. Thankfully only £20 but I’m pursuing with my bank to reclaim it. I’ve contacted citizens advice who are informing trading standards.

Exactly what you want from a company. Quick FREE postage. Excellent boots, really sturdy. Will be checking out waterproof ability. However being gortex I doubt there will be an issue with wet feet. Fully recommend the boots and sports bike shop to friends.

I had purchased an item earlier in the year and was surprised to receive an email reminder that i needed to worm my dog again. I would usually forget and eventually get round to it. This company made it so simple to reorder and they are incredibly reasonably priced, probably the cheapest which is why i used them in the first place.
